All the members of staff are fantastic and a big help in giving advice on what to see where to go and how to get there. Because of them we stayed an extra day.

I liked its location. Even though one has to cross the busy road when coming from downtown, it is located in a very strategic part of the city.

This is a fabulous gem of a hotel, very clean, quiet and a short stroll to the town and main square. If driving it has its own car park. The cakes at breakfast are delicious. The staff ate really good, Suzanne especially made our stay very enjoyable - thank you so much Chris & Jon

Perfect location at the edge of town, and easy walk into an Assisi center. Everything was very clean, the breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay there again.

Super helpful staff. Our bags were lost by the airline, and the front desk helped me with a phone call to our prior hotel in Rome where they had been delivered. Super close to the piazza. Breakfast wasn't over the top, but nailed the essentials in my book. Family room was huge for our group of two adults and two teens. Would 100% stay here again.

Great location just outside the city gate.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly, the room had comfortable beds, strong air conditioning, and new bathroom fixtures. Breakfast was also really good with lots of choices within a continental type. The hotel is located just outside the historical city gates, and it’s still walkabke to get to the Basilica on the other side of town.

The workers at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good!!

Very warm and welcoming staff that genuinely want you to have a good experience of your time in Assisi. Continental breakfast was amazing and the free adjacent parking was a huge bonus.

Staff friendly and helpful, location is good if you drive a car, new renovation for superior rooms with strong shower, one huge drawback is lack of WiFi despite hotels saying, you will get 0 reception in room so a definitely no for someone who needs internet 24/7. I love this hotel but may not recommend because of the WiFi issue, is it that hard to install more routers?

Just perfect. The place is very well. The room with equipment of quality. The view from the room on the valley is wonderful!!! The breakfast is good with local products. The kindness and professionalism of the personal are highly recommended! Probably one of my best experience around the world !

Very nice hotel just outside entrance to town center. 10 minute walk to center. Has small parking lot for 15 euro per day.

Great location especially if you are driving to Asissi, if traveling in October and you need AC to sleep make sure to call the hotel first as they shut down central AC early October. Overall very clean and friendly staff and great breakfast.

Staff was welcoming and helpful, walking distance into the core of Assisi which was very convenient and lovely, they have breakfast available for 7 Euros which my in laws enjoyed, very nice place and accommodations

Great location to such an amazing town that is full of history and peace. Bathrooms could do with an update have stayed before 3 years prior, no shower curtain inone of the two rooms booked. A cossie place to stop. Good breakfast and nice staff.

We like everything about this hotel. Good Location, easy parking, compact efficient room with good air conditioning and bathroom with super rain shower.Mattresses were on the firm side.Great value and property.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Assisi. We were warmly welcomed by the lady at the desk, parking was close and easy, and the room was comfortable. Our only complaint was the morning coffee - from a machine and not very good!

Room large and clean. On suite is a wet room rather than toilet and shower cubicle which is not everyone’s cup of tea. Location was right close to town a few minutes walk and you are in Assisi main square should no complaints there. Only downside was breakfast nothing cooked and if you’re late all the pastries will have gone. Just the usual breakfast cakes,cheese and meats, if you are used to a typical European breakfast then no worries. From Uk something more substantial is needed and you would feel the 8.5 Euro a little steep.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent three-day stay at this welcoming, friendly and professionally managed small Assisi hotel. Situated at the top of a hill and just outside the city wall, it is in an ideal location for walking to the many religious and historic highlights. The continental breakfast is diverse and ample, and the cappuccino machine is a nice feature. During our stay we moved from an older room with an awkward bathroom step to a beautifully updated and more comfortable room with a modern bathroom. Besides the churches and historic highlights, there are also many good restaurants and interesting shops within the walls. An added convenience is that the hotel is situated very close to a bus stop, making it convenient for visiting the more distant and amazing Basilica of Santa Maria Degli Angeli. The easily accessed parking lot on the hotel property is a bonus for tourists with cars.
