Our stay was amazing, we originally booked two queen beds and then got upgraded at no cost to a king bed! The hotel also very clean and comfortable, the pool and hot tub was very relaxing, really good complimentary breakfast. Just wish that the TVs had the option to be able to log into netflix :)

My family booked at the last moment because we missed our flight and couldn’t get another flight one until the following evening. The staff were so friendly and helpful, even letting us check out a little late the next day. The room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast the next morning.

It was very clean and nice and quiet.
Pool was always empty which we liked 👍 but too much salt and chlorine in the water.
I would highly recommend putting safes in rooms for personal purposes.

It was a great location for us while visiting wet’n’wild Toronto. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the included breakfast as well as the pool & hot tub. Would definitely go back again.

Jay and staff were very friendly upon arrival - it went very smoothly. The place was clean and had everything I needed for a one night stay. The only problem was the toilet seemed to have a clog - it would take a while to completely flush. The area that the hotel is in seems a little industrial or something - it wasn’t quite what I was expecting. But that has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Connecting room is terrible. You can hear every word from next door. Room facing road is terrifying noise too. Staff is very friendly and kind the change room for us at 1:00Am .

Great experience, Friendly and professional staff . Amazing breakfast and the staff was so efficient to serve it nice and hot . Person serving the breakfast Mrs. Balvinder was extremely nice ,Pushpinder and other front desk employees were great. Definitely recommend this place .

It is safe, convenient and quiet with lovely people working there.

The room AC very noicy. The Windows didn't block the outside noise. I could hear every single beep and vehicles movement that were outside as they were inside the room.
Vent in the washroom made a noise as a jet engine and it works every time that you turn on the lights in the washroom, which is inconvenient at night time.
There were no separate lights in the bathroom only one single light switch.
Curtains and couch had dirt stains, couch had some duct tape on it to cover the hole.
The pool was ok, but my kids complained on it's dirty floor and peelings.
Gym on the ground floor contained 3 pieces of equipment eliptical treadmill and bike.
On the second floor was gym with equipment: weights and multifunctional machine.but there was a terrible smell , so we avoided to stay there.
The breakfest was standard, the dining room is very small.
I've stayed in couple of Holiday Inn express hotels, and this one was the worst of them
I won't recommend it to anyone.

Great Location on two major roads in Brampton, Airport and Queen streets. Easy access to Food shopping dining and cultural activities and cuisine.

The room was clean and nice...but it was warm and stuffy and the climate controls didn't work.
Also our room (402) was next to a busy highway with lots of lights. However there was no way to close the heavier curtains and block the light and noise.
Why do you have fake curtains that dont close?
