The stay itself was amazing. The breakfast was great for our family and very convenient. It was also a great hotel close to multiple shopping stores and food places. I gave 4 stars because the morning lifeguard (Sun 9/29) was very rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. We were the only ones at the pool and she had the audacity to ask if we had late check out because she had already been out of the pool multiple times and hadn’t even been watching over the slide but for 15 minutes. It opened at 9 am and she was ready leave at 11 am. She came in with a nasty attitude and acted like she didn’t even want to be there. She argued with me about my son’s ability to swim after one time of him going down the slide. At one point she was on the phone in the lobby area and was rolling her eyes watching the pool. When she came back in she was angrily cleaning tables and pushing chairs into tables. I highly suggest to this young woman to find a place of business that she enjoys working or come with a better attitude.

Very good condition and spotless. Staff was really friendly. Only two minor issues: low quality toilet paper and coffee.

We decided to drive an extra 2 hours to make it to this hotel because of the waterslide. We will not be back! The pool and slide were dangerous. The lifeguard sat in her chair, no whistle, no lifesaving equipment and didn't enforce any of the rules that were listed on the wall of the aquatic area. After my son got ran over at the end of the slide, I asked her why she wasn't enforcing the posted rules. She said that if she enforces the rules all the parents complain to her manager and she gets in trouble. If this is true, the manager should be ashamed. Its a lot easier to enforce rules than having to perform first aid on injured kids.

Very good! We had to make a few changes & they were very accommodating. Room was very clean & quiet, breakfast was very good for continental & the breakfast gals were very helpful. Only complaint on room was the lighting in bathroom wasn’t great.

Clean , quiet and comfy beds. Easy to get to. Nice breakfast area. Think they should have it open more. This is an older Comfort Inn. Hallway carpets are best and not looking clean. Pool area looked like fun for kids.

Bathroom needs brighter lights so you can use the mirror to put makeup on. The heater/cooling system rattles and it would have made sleep impossible if I hadn’t propped a piece of cardboard between the top cover and the side. It worked, but a repair person should be able to do this easily to all of the noisy ones.
Needs updating.

Bed was too soft, and the bed had a thick pad over the mattress that shifted every time you moved.
