Nice hotel in a good location

Terrible smell of marijuana in lobby. Entire motel smelled horrible including the room. Missing tiles and rotten/missing drywall on bathroom. Shower surround and tub floor were in horrible condition and disgustingling dirty. Previous guest’s beer was left in fridge. Do not recommend this motel and will never stay there again. We did not even stay, and went to another hotel. Still waiting for a refund we may not even get.

Was clean. Bathrooms are outdated. Toilet flushed for about a minute. The shower walls were yellow and the shower was dripping when we got into our room and had dripped water all over the floor mat towel and was soaked along with the bathroom floor. Shower curtain smelled dirty/musty. Hallway on 1st floor down past the elevators reeked of marijuana.

Met my needs well. Easy off interstate close to restaurants and sightseeing

The free breakfast is worth skipping Everything else was fine for an overnight stay

This property smelled bad. The carpeted areas in the building needed cleaned.

Very dissatisfied with all over service! We were referred to book here by family because we had a family member playing for DWU football this weekend , we were told by family who referred us to let them know we are family of DWU football and will get a discounted rate, I call 3 times directly to the hotel to book, no one who answered the phone knew anything about this discount and said to call back when manager was in, second time I called manager was not in and to call back, 3rd time I called, manager had just left and the person on the phone said “oh you called a few days ago, I talked to the manager and she said discount was $145.00 a night.” I told the person on the phone the rate I was told other family member was given was $122.00. He said no manager said 145.00. I then declined rate went on Expedia and booked for rate of $122.00 through Expedia! When we checked in on 9/7 I asked for late checkout, I said I may not need both rooms for late checkout front desk worker said just come in the morning and let us know. I left thinking we had a late checkout, when I went down to advise I would only need one room, I was told we were not on the list, front desk called manager and manager said we could not get a late checkout, I asked again because we traveled out of state for a college football game and it was not until 3 in the afternoon. Manager did not grant late checkout. Manager is not consistent, she gave family $122.00 rate after I booked. Very poor service by manager

We stayed at Kelly Inn about 10 years ago & we were very pleased with the accommodations & cleanliness. Unfortunately it’s not the same, everything was rundown, worn out towels, carpet & furniture it appears nothing has been updated since our last visit. The cleanliness was poor, a dirty towel was left on the back of the bathroom door, the room had an odd strong unpleasant smell & I needed to purchase air freshener which did little to help, the upholstered chairs were full of stains, the air conditioning vent was full of dirt/dust. I could go on & on, we will not return.

Matthew at the front desk came to the hot tub when we were in and asked to take a picture then put it on FB. He was very scary. The next day he was with a woman and her 3 kids. She left them in the pool/hot tub and left them there all alone. They were little. Thanks

Was by a lot of different eating places and shopping places.

It's an ok hotel. It's a good place to stay with our dog. We're not impressed by their breakfast. We've stayed there before & will stay again.

Second time we have stayed, this time, the hot tub was working again! Haha. But, it was just as good of an experience as the first time. Lovely staff, decent breakfast, clean, comfy. Will keep going here!

It could use some updating but it wasn’t terrible. Our air conditioner didn’t work well. It would kick on and off about every 3 minutes which made sleeping difficult. The hotel was musty smelling. Remedy that And it could be 5 star

Always a convenient place to stay on our annual road trip from MD to MT. Very good breakfast choices. The Devore is fun.

I was on the first floor and the outside access door would not lock, there was toilet paper floating in my toilet when I checked in.. the carpeting in the room was tore up.. there was mold on the shower curtain and surrounding the bathtub.. the sink was all busted up

We arrived very late to our hotel room. When we arrived it was about 12:30 at night and as we went to open the back door my son was able to just open the door without a key so anyone was able to get in the hotel. We get in our room and it was completely run down. 2 queen beds and a tiny hide away couch that had absolutely no sheets, no blankets, and 1 pillow… thank god we had our own blankets. There were crumbs and dirt all over the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. The window had been left open which was kind of weird. And the best part of all….. was when we woke up and I noticed what looked like mouse dropping under the blankets that my children and I just laid under all night. SMH… completely disgusted… would not recommend anyone to stay here.
