The location.

Just my opinion. Out of all of the hotels I stay out, AmericInn has increased their prices considerably.

false advertising from the pictures. was supposed to have a jacuzzi tub in the room based off the pictures. that’s why I booked this one. got there and it was just a regular suite. extremely disappointed

location was great. property was well maintained

We were in the corner room so it was nice and quiet!

When we walked in the room the floors were dirty and it hadn’t clearly been dusted in awhile. I was looking forward to letting my son crawl around on the floors after a 7 hour trip to Mitchell, but the floor had too many little pieces and a toenail. I had to take a pillow down to the front desk because it was stained yellow as if someone had peed on it. They didn’t have any to replace it with and was told that most likely was from chemicals they were using to clean. Just disappointed after reading all the great reviews about cleanliness! Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

We walked into the room and it just stunk of cat urine. I almost vomited. The guy at the front desk immediately moved us to a new room but the impression was already made. My husband and I are both seniors and were surprised to find out there was no elevator. I have never read reviews nor posted one but this experience was absolutely horrific.

Price. Clean room. Near highway. Breakfast offered was not too bad.

Not close to shopping, restaurants. Needs updating.
