Terrible smell of drains. We stayed at this hotel in 2022 and it smelt of drains. In 2023 it still smelt of drains. The staff had all the doors open and it smelt really bad everywhere. Fire safety is BAD. ONE escape stairway made of wood. No external fire stairway. This hotel is a fire trap. External polystyrene cladding being fitted on the outside walls with NO fire protection. A SERIOUS fire hazard like UK Grenville Tower. Do not stay here.

It was well priced, clean, tidy and helpful staff. What more can you ask for. Will use again.

Tiny bathroom. We were reminded of a cabin on a cross channel ferry except the bathroom was smaller.

This hotel is cheap but is run down and the hotel, hotel room and surrounding area are all very depressing. Practically no wifi in my room, probably because it was one of the furthest from the lobby.

Trouble with the machine did not recognize name and number. Finally the night guard had to help us out.Hotel price comfort is very good.

Arrived at midnight couldn’t even get access to the car park or hotel as we had no code. No one could assist as there was no management at the hotel & neither could hotels.com. Only got in via another guest who knew the codes which allowed us to get a room this took over an hour after 15hr drive!!!

Overnight stay for flight next day we did not factor in the taxi journey so we could have stayed closure in a more expensive hotel as the taxi journey was expensive to airport. Staff friendly and very accommodating and booked taxi for us . Room itself was basic but clean good hot shower and wide range of food for breakfast. No where really to grab a meal in an evening especially if weather bad as it was for us.

The hotel is nothing special, but its ideal for traveling with a car. It has a bed and airco. for the price you should not expect something special. It's clean and accessible and thats important.

Cheap and cheerful hotel, good for over night stay, very close to motorway junction but in a very quiet location, room small and shower even smaller but you get what you pay for, bed comfortable so slept well, probably wouldnt stay again as shower room too small prefer more space.

This Premiere Classe must have the smallest rooms ever. I know the chain is 'cheap and cheerful' and I have stopped in many of them and have been satisfied, but thank goodness I am not half a stone heavier or I would never have been able to use the shower.

Easy to get to just off motorway. But had emergency at 3am and coming not get out of the gate as it was locked and phoned hotel but only spoke French, phone company booked but they didn't know , lucky someone was awake to and knew code . So make sure you get the code just in case you have a emergency

This hotel is terrible. I advised them of my late arrival since they close at 9PM, I travel from Paris, there is no way I can be there by 9PM. On arrival, I tried to use the automatic machine located in the hotel, only to find out, my reservation can not be found. Shocking! I almost became homeless instantly. Luckily a young man entered the hotel, and I asked him to call the number indicated on the machine. Quickly enough, a caretaker came to counter, but told me I have NO reservation, and the hotel is full. I showed him my hotels.com reservation both on paper, and in my computer. He still said my name is not on the list. Thankfully I looked at that list, my name is on there, I wonder why he kept saying I don't have a reservation? The hotel did reply to my e-mail quickly, but did not say clearly about the access code. Anyway, otherwise everything else is fine.

Good Premiere Classe. Better Standard of rooms than some looked like it had had refurb. Convenient for motor way stop

Enroute from England to Spain. Excellent stop off point.

Perfect for over night stay,while travelling

The hotel appeared like more of lodge or shall I say a students' campus. The room was very small and the windows were very very small as well. This made the room quite dark and unable to be aired out quickly, and unable to let some sunlight in. The bathroom was very very small and could hardly contain a normal size person. There was a small toilet and a tiny shower just beside it which caused water the splash all over when taking a shower. The day staff were quite nice but we came in late one night (this was just after 9pm), and our door could not be opened. The reception was closed and there was no one to be seen. Apparently the watchman on duty gets to handle the night shift and he was out somewhere. After 10 mins of waiting; and several attempts to reopen our door with the help of other lodgers, he reappeared to retrieve and hand me my new code for the door without so much of an apology. The 'hotel' is out of town in what seems to be more of industrial estate, 15 mins away from the airport, but if you are a city person I suggest book a hotel in the city, as taxi fares from there to the centre are atrocious. We had to pay 60 euros from the centre to the hotel. Also breakfast charges are not included in the cost of accommodation. In the end I got what I paid for, so now I do know better.

This was dubbed as a nice, inexpensive hotel in Bordeaux. On the map of Bordeaux this actually looks vaguely true, however don't be deceived it is in fact in the outskirts of Pessac, the southernmost, industrial suburb of Bordeaux. At least a 40 minute journey from Bordeaux and if you're without a car, public transport only connects to there till 9pm. Completely unsuitable for anyone who isn't working in the area or absolutely desperate. On top of this the room was ridiculously hot, the air conditioner didn't work and the staff were barely seen. Crummy. The photos are very different from the reality.

Close to the highway, the rooms are small all with AC, basic but OK, in accordance to the price.
