Very happy with our stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are updated and clean. The breakfast had lots of options. We would definitely recommend.

Overall was a really good stay. There was a small check in issue as the room they put us in seemed to be occupied. But they quickly love us to a new room no harm no foul. The bed in the room was a little too soft and springy. The bathroom was perfectly cleaned. No a stray hair in it was perfect.

Property overall was clean and well kept. Rooms were spacious and clean. The surrounding area of Hinton being a small town eateries were limited but if you can get past that, it’s a decent alternative to stay if you’re visiting Jasper.

I honestly don’t think I’ve had a more Terrible experience at a hotel before like this! The room we had was literally right by the elevator, on the way to the pool on the first floor & also close to the checkin area. It was so loud all hrs of the day & night. There was a large group of people that checked in at 12:30 am & were so loud that they woke us up & we couldnt get back to sleep. The layout of the hotel is horrible. This hotel was not even close to being worth the amount they were charging.

Stayed for 2 nights with my children. The hotel was beautiful; newly renovated and clean. From check-in to check-out, the staff were very helpful. I would especially commend the front counter staff and the breakfast staff. We asked for a different room as the rooms beside the pool can be noisy, and our request was granted with a smile . Also, one of my children needed to have an apple sliced , due to jaw issues, and , when she had difficulty with the plastic knife, in the dining area, one of the breakfast staff chopped up the apple for her; so very kind ! Thank you for a wonderful stay; we will definitely be back, whenever we visit Jasper/Hinton again!

My family and I had the two queen and pull out couch. Hotel was decent and clean.

Our family suite was located in the basement. Our window looks out into a deep window well with weeds growing. Very expensive hotel for a room with a view of weeds.
Location is less than ideal for day trips to jasper area.

Room wasn’t cleaned when we went out for the day. Came back and towels were not gathered and restocked. Beds and bathroom were clean but the coffee maker in our room was dirty with left over coffee stains in the water reservoir. Not enough tables in the breakfast area however, they do give out free coffee, tea and water outside of breakfast hours which is great! Overall good stay here. May comeback, but had better experience at Sandman or Days Inn.

Everything is good except staffs are rude and unfriendly. Doesn’t even smile or greet guests, and the way they to us is really rude and unprofessional.
