There are a few NH hotels so perhaps we stayed in the wrong one. The positives are the servuce of the front desk who were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is also ok. However, It sells itself as a 4 star but the hotel is seriously tired looking and needs a refresh. The gym which I used once is in need of a clean and the machines are so old they dont feel safe or hygienic to use. Not bad if you use only as a one night transit stop.

Friendly services and very helpful staff. Room is spacious. But bathroom condition is only fair. Tub needs to be repaired, several broken spots. In addition, you need to push hard and long in order to flush the toilet.

Just wanted to thank Melisa, at the front desk, for her constant outstanding service! She was professional, knowledgable, nice, and went the extra mile to give us information about anything we asked. She really made the difference during our stay. We cannot say the same for the other front desk employees, who were short in conversation, and did not make us feel welcomed. Great job Melisa!

Located in the business district of Buenos Aires but close to tourist downtown. The room was unusually spacious (I booked the cheapest available). Enjoyable stay. The only negative comment is worn out shower equipment, plus the bathroom floor was flooded after every use of the shower.

Back to this,old friend. A fourth return on an annual travel to TDF. We are always well looked after by attentive helpful staff, whose English puts my rudimentary Spanish to shame. Certain areas of the fabric of the building are looking slightly tired, but we love coming back. My shower this year was not wonderful and soaked the bathroom every time I used it. Good breakfast with plenty of choice

Another amazing part of this hotel is City Tour Bus (Yellow) station is located just cross the street and from 9:00 AM (scheduled every 25 minutes) You can enjoy your City tour Bus with multi language tour guide services about 3 hours.

This is about a 2 stat hotel. Curtains were ripped in room, bathtub had cracks in it and tile was in desperate need of refreshing. Food was average and service in dining was average at best. Dining staff was below average. Had dinner ine night and food dis not come as described. Tried speaking to the young lady on duty but she disappeared and kept saying just a min..issue never resolved. Also they dont really offer airport shuttle service, they set up an uber/taxi which you could do yourself. I would stay elsewhere.
