Front desk was pleasant & professional. Room smelled & looked clean. Very comfortable. 2 full size beds & sofa bed. Easily fit 6 adults. It was perfect for the long weekend. Continental breakfast was good & counters always clean.

Our room ran along I95 - couldn’t sleep all night with all e truck traffic - room needs more of a buffer. Breakfast should be available early than 7:30 am

We spent 3 nights. The staff was very friendly upon arrival. The complimentary breakfast had some variety and an attentive staff refilling and cleaning. The hairdryer in our bathroom sounded like it was shorting out. We reported this to the front desk and they replaced it later that day with a new one. We were in an end room so the only noise we experienced was from the highway. I would stay again if I was in the area and needed a hotel.

The hotel is easily accessible from 95. It’s tired and needs some loving care. The refrigerator in our room made such a loud noise we had to unplug it, the hairdryer didn’t work, and the couch was stained. Unfortunately, I left a jacket hanging in the room and when I called to see if I could pay to have it sent to me, I was told it was not at the hotel. Very disappointing stay.

Although parts of the hotel are pretty dated, everything was very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Free breakfast was pretty good. Staff were friendly and on top of everything-actively replenishing breakfast items, cleaning, etc.

Overall this was a pretty decent place to stay however, we noticed a spider infestation just the first hour of being there. While taking a shower there was one on the ceiling which was fine when we thought it was a one- off thing however, there ended up being several more throughout our stay.
We were also in a room adjacent to the highway and the noise was excruciatingly loud making it not only hard to fall asleep but to stay asleep as well.
Last night in the room to the right of us there was also some sort of party going on and it was evident drugs and alcohol were involved and i came extremely close to calling the police.
The facility does a decent job making it look nice on the service but i don’t think i would stay there again.

One night stay. Hotel was clean, convenient with a welcoming staff. Solo female, I felt very safe. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept on, so comfortable I asked the staff the brand, my new $1000 mattress at home does not compare.

The room was fine. Bathroom and room itself were clean. Bed comfortable. A little noisy fron 95 traffic but didnt last long. Nice quiet area but notthing around.
Breakfast was good. Not real eggs but not bad. Only issue was I never received receipt from hotel (did from Hotel.com) and at registration I had to initial that I approved rate which was not on paper like it should be. Woman said it was because I pre-pd thru 3rd party.

The furniture was beyond worned out, the wall had a hole, and the telephone was not working. Knowing that the furniture was already torned and tables scratched, the manager keeps the $100 credit and claims that the customer damaged his property. Please be aware, its not worth rhe stay.

Management went above and beyond to care for our needs. We were offered a room with helpful holding bars by the tub and toilet when they saw we were elderly and my husband had just had surgery. We didn’t request this they offered it to us at no additional cost. The room was immaculate and spacious, an added bonus because my husband was using a patient transport chair.

Property is very close to I-95 which is convenient but could hear vehicles going by all night from room. Otherwise everything was fine.

It was adequate for a one night stay. Definitely not a Hilton. We were not interested in the exercise room or anything else. Room had a King-size bed. It had a small refrigerator/freezer. TV was ok. Room had a couch. Room was somewhat small. Breakfast was available on first floor, self serve.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were accommodating. We weren’t provided with breakfast prior to leaving. They said it was close at 9am when we went down. We were not given prior notification or an expiration for breakfast.

No one at check in desk for 10 minutes. Had reservations and put me farther behind. Why is there no one at the front desk. When she finally showed up she had a bad attitude. We are frequent visitors of the amphitheater and will not be using your hotel again. No one at the desk shows lack of services for your guests

This hotel is located yards away from Connecticut I-95, a major six lane highway. It is impossible to sleep as the sound of trucks on the interstate is constant. The dryer vent did not work in the room. There was no local guide book in the room. There was no instruction sheet on how to work the television remote. The included breakfast was standard fare. given the constant noise from traffic I would not recommend staying there unless noise is not an issue.
