Easy in every way. Right off 95, lovely young woman checked me in, good amenities, handicapped accessible also great for older travelers!

Nice place, close to most of restaurants and other stores. Not too close but not to far. People are nice, breakfast was very decent and the parking is big.

I always try to stay in this hotel wherever I go because it is modern, clean, quiet, location is nice and safe, staff are friendly and professional.

The bathroom toilet seat was extremely low to the floor it also had scratches on it. Other than that the room was great.

Good overall but not in a pretty neighborhood and carpet/room smelled moldy a bit

My room had an obvious food stain and even residue of food on the couch. The bathtub was dirty and the bottom by the drain was peeling, pube looking hairs were around the toilet. I requested when I booked and paid that I needed a room on a higher floor. I travel for work and don't want to be woken up by people passing by my room. They gave me a room on the first floor anyway. I travel all the time for work and this was the worst I've ever booked. I left 15 minutes after checking in and stayed at the courtyard by Marriot instead which was 1000x cleaner and better staff. When I asked about a refund because I was disatisfied they told me I had to go through Expedia which is who I booked through. That was fine but when I got in contact with Expedia the agent tried calling the hotel several times but whoever at the desk kept putting them on hold and never coming back. I have photos to back up all my claims.

Parking was tight. Appreciated the late check in. Staff was great getting us checked in quickly. Great breakfast selections. Loved the size and layout of the room!

Things I liked - good room except for the bathroom, bar service in the evening with a very nice bartender, and an extremely good front desk staff. Things I didn't like - even with a GPS the road to the hotel was difficult to find and the bathroom was more like a highway rest stop bathroom than one in a hotel this nice.

I’ve stayed here before. It’s in a good location near the highway and near many stores and restaurants and it’s quiet. Breakfast is decent. Staff always super friendly.

The young staff at the front was very very mean. Not suitable for customer service jobs.

The elevator was not working when we stayed.

The staff was very accommodating.

The rooms are very spacious. If you are traveling with 3 or more people, or staying for more than a few nights, the rooms are a good size. The AC barely worked and it was quite hot. The elevator and really all of the facilities are quite old. The pillows were not comfy at all.
