My overall experience was great. I came for my daughters wedding and the hotel was centrally located not far from the venue. The only negative i have were the pillows...too soft had to fold them in order to sleep.

Excellent staff. The room was nice, bed was much more comfortable than the expensive hotel in the Stockyards where we visited before. The breakfast was good even though the manager was a little over the top. All in all, well worth it!

Property absolutely dated..... The outisde looks like a holiday inn the inside of the room resembles the first ever built Holiday Inn Express

One problem with facility: all the charging outlets are extremely loose fit so that often they don’t charge the phones.
Also at about 6:20 am the facility fire alarm went off waking and scaring the whole population. I called front desk for an explanation and was told it was an accidental activation of the fire alarm. When I asked if we were clear of all fire danger I was told ‘We are still checking some of the floors.’

The waiter in the restaurant didnt seem to know what he was doing. He was the host and waiter and seemed to stay at the host stand on his phone. WE WERE THE ONLY Customers in the restaurant and still had to ask for more more drinks.

We have stayed here before and it has been great. The location is great and feels safe. The beds are super comfortable, so we keep coming back. However, this time our room smelled musty and was very humid. The feel of the room continued this way even when we cranked down the a/c. The carpet also felt humid and was in need of a cleaning.

Love property, but booked after a long drive for dinner and couple drinks. Got there and restaurant and bar closed Sunday. Nothing in fine print about that. Did enjoy dinner close by at Longhorn Steakhouse.

We got a $100 extra charge because makeup was on the sheets. They charged this without even washing them. I have never been charge for something like this and i travel often and probably leave makeup on my pillows. This was an outrageous plus all the halls smells like smoke. Need new carpet.

Staff was top-notch, especially Dalton! He went above and beyond to make our stay great! Hotel is close to major highway, so very convenient location but also very noisy with traffic!!

The hotel is lovely and clean. The breakfast buffet is actually a server taking your breakfast order with limited choice of food. Dalton is a good server, he’s quite humble and is quick.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Beds were absolutely amazing. Probably the best hotel beds I’ve ever stayed in.
Biggest downfall was the restaurant as the only option for dining. There is no free continental breakfast. The only option is a VERY expensive “restaurant”. We ordered cereal. Which is the same cup cereal portion you get at a free breakfast set up, a small just enough bottle of milk for the cereal for a grand total of $17 dollars. You read that right. Other than that, stay was great and hotel was very nice.

We rented two rooms. Both were clean and comfortable. The hotel is very quiet. It was a great stay.

The hotel is very nice and close to restaurants and entertainment venues. Only 2 things we found that were not great: The outlet plugs in the bathroom were very loose therefore could not be used and the shower curtain was torn and falling down. These were minor things that could be easily repaired/replaced. Overall it was a very nice stay and the staff were very nice and the property nice.
