We had a short stay when arriving late to Palma. 20 euros from airport to hotel and the ride was 7 min long. We slept well and large breakfast that had most things. 4 stars in 🇪🇸 but probably more a 3 star in rest of Europe.

We were put in an accessible room, no issue. As i had a quick shower, my daughter tells me its flooding. The shower drain was near full clogged. We moved most things up but bedding got wet.
Housekeeping came, gave me a dirty look and called manager on duty late at night. How is it my daughter, myself in nothing more than a towel, the male manager and i were trying clean it up. Zero consideration that i was in a towel nd we are cleaning more than anyone else.
We kept putting more towels around bed as never soaked it from under there.
While manager was very nice, apologetic......thats it??
Skip this place. Much nicer near!!!!workers are a joke and rude!

Excellent breakfast and dinner buffets. A vast selection of foods to suit all tastes.
Quiet location at night. Plenty of parking for a hire car close to the hotel. Pool and terrace areas kept spotlessly clean.

Good accommodation close to the beach and the Arenal madness but still quite and sheltered at the same time. The kitchen is amazing and staff very helpful and friendly. I’d book this hotel again at any time.

Loud noises all night long. Ciggerete butt leftovers in the balcony and bathroom. Terrible smell. Rooms not in the best condition. Overall dirty and noisy.

Very clean and Nice pool area. Load germans and the staff in the reseption was not service orientadet. Beds were terrible, all thow we had a New junior suite. The restaurant and breakfast was good and Nice staff.

The hotel was comfortable and welcoming.
We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary.
We received a complimentary bottle of bubbles in ice on our arrival.
The rooms could do with a little enhancement to the soundproofing but as our neighbours were very quiet this did not detract from the holiday.
The guests were predominantly German.
We had a great week.

Reception staff very friendly. Very clean and nice hotel the pool area. Even though your dinner is included, you have to pay for water. Unusual. Overall, a pleasant hotel.

Clean hotel with a fun pool great for a short stay on my way to the airport. Hot showers, fast Wi-Fi, Check in and out was super easy. The area isn’t amazing although it is close to the beach. Good value and location for beach and airport access.

The good:
* Helpful and friendly staff
* Small breakfast available at 3 AM, considering we had to leave for the flight during the night. Nothing special on that breakfast, but was nice it was there
* Nice pool with jacuzzi
The bad:
* Really noisy in rooms! We could hear people having fun in the lobby during the night, even though we were staying on 1st floor
* Rooms are quite small and sometimes you might feel claustrophobic
* Cleaningness - our room clearly was not cleaned, was not even vacuumed

We had the Luxury room which really was amazing!! The staff are so friendly, the hotel is spotless! We had a lovely time with our family.
There are some large groups of young holiday makers who did make a lot of noice getting in during the early hours, partying on the balcony at 5 in the morning, I think where possible, large groups should not be placed near families with young children. My husband did mention the noise to reception however, and they did ask the party to stop the music.
The website and promoting websites also mention entertainment, bingo and aerobics but we were told at reception that these haven’t happened since Covid.
