Upon walking into the hotel the front desk worker looked annoyed while he was checking in my friend and I. The room itself smelled old. I found a brown stain on my sheets. The bed and pillows were not comfortable as they were hard. I did appreciate how quiet the room was and how it is located near the freeway.

They was a bad ordor but I was able to manage. The fan in bathroom doesn't work. Overall staff and food was great.

At 1st it was a nice stay. Room is nice and clean, bathroom is nice and big. Then we woke up the next morning to take a shower. Unbelievable, there were no nobs on the water handles. When my husband turned on the shower there was water coming out of everywhere the water handles and the shower head. Water was everywhere and it was not a good shower.

The hotel is okay. Our room was very clean and we were surprised to find it had a fridge and microwave (it didn't appear in the room description when booked).
The TV is tiny for the room size a couple of additional chars would be nice.
The hotel is old and needs some updating. All the chairs in the dining area are torn. It is not that pricey to replace them and it would have lifted the stay experience.
Our room faced the highway and it was noisy.
The staff was very helpful and efficient.

The towels in the bathroom had hair wrapped in it, the sign in front stated no help available from housekeeping if your stay was less than 4 days. Was already undressed so I had to find a towel without hair on it. The plug for the sink was on top of a picture in the bathroom. Just ghetto. Couldn't sleep well, sounded like water was running all night. When I informed the front desk of this at check out she has no concern. Tried to upload photo. Unable to.

Service was good. Short staffed so no cleaning service unless requested which is fine since we only stayed one night. Pool is an okay size but it didn’t have many people so that was nice. Also, great sushi place in same plaza. Clean for what it is

Very close to the freeway and restaurants. It was clean and comfortable. It does need a little bit of maintenance and there should be more than one cart to transport luggage, but it was comfortable and nicely located.

No hot wate, tub shower handles missing sprayed all out of the wall. When confronted about no hot water told us it was because the water comes from the Ventura lines! Haha a big lie their hot watere tanks don't work. The hallways were filthy and we were told we couldn't have fresh towels delivered

Should be a pet hotel. Barking dogs and reeks of dog piss every where. Breakfast was good.

The king bed was comfortable and the room was pretty big. That said, don’t take a room on the side facing the highway and freeway exit. It is very noisy. They only clean the rooms every 4 days they say. We’ve stayed in many hotels with breakfasts but this waffle machine wasn’t working properly and it would stick and break apart for everybody, but the worker didn’t know how to fix the problem.

The bathroom was a bit antiquated and the bathtub/shower was dirty with mildew. It was gross and we had to wear sandals to shower . Additionally, the AC was not working overnight and the room was stuffy and hot .

The person who checked me in she was nice but other than that my stay was horrible. My room had crumbs everywhere, mold in the bathroom and not to mention in the air conditioning unit. Also when I pulled back the covers there was hair that was NOT MINE and also nail clippings that a disgusting!! Luckily I always bring my own blankets. Not only that check out is at 11am why did the cleaning lady come knocking at the door at 8:20am then asked when I was leaving and said it rudely as well.

Our first room had a bad odor. Changed rooms. Second room right next to it had an odor but not as bad. Room smelled moldy. Went to use hot tub and did not go in. Water was not hot. Water was murky and green and there were lots of dead bugs floating around. It was gross. Will not be staying here ever again. Also very overpriced for what you get.

No hot water to my room. I left after one day and I do not believe I will ever go to one of your hotels again they knew there was no hot water to the rooms, but they still rented me the room that’s bad.
