The hot water does not work. Used bars of soap and hair everywhere. Manager Joaquin said he would document everything so i could receive a refund through hotels.com. Hotels.com said there is nothing they could do.

While I was able to get checked into my room fairly easily. I was a bit frustrated with the shower/bath. I waited 10 minutes for hot water that never did come and when I initially turned on the water some brown did come out of the spout which did put me off. I ended up not showering just because of the initial brown I saw.

The shower was dirty. Curtains stained with what looks like mildew. Other than that breakfast was great.

The issue with the property is not enough parking! The hotel have a contract with a company and the workers utilize 3 or more spots at a time. They relax at the end of the day by drinking ALCOHOL, smoking their cigarettes and congregating in the parking lot nightly. Once I had to wait over 10 minutes to get into the hotel’s parking lot because a worker blocked the only entrance/exit while he go take a #2. The property staff doesn’t say anything to them because they bring the most business, they can do no wrong. There’s only 1 washer 1 dryer for the entire hotel and they are the ones utilizing it 99% of the time.

Shower don’t work. Then new room the thermostat was broke. Nice staff. Particularly the night person. Best western plus is normally much nicer and kept up better.

Toya was amazing! Check in was very smooth and she was super sweet. My room was spacious but was missing a few necessities like soap and shampoo. The ac made this loud unbearable noise all night so I wasn’t able to get much sleep on top of the room being humid. It wasn’t a terrible overnight stay but definitely could have been much better.

Overall a decent 2 star hotel with free breakfast and free parking and wifi. Felt like an updated/upgraded Motel.
Stayed for 2 nights. Booked 3 rooms. One room (310) did not have the grey decorative pillows/runner on the bed like the other 2 rooms. Guess they ran out.
Breakfast was average - Had a Yogurt machine which you can add granola to it. Sausage, Eggs were not fresh. Same exact items for 2 days in a row. Add a waffle machine like all the other hotels have.
Shower and faucet knobs were old and crusty and hard to turn. White Bath Towels had rips/holes in them from many washing machine uses. Just buy new towels.
Room 310 by the Elevator had rips on the sheets and towels had holes. See photos. Dirt in the corners. There was no house-keeping at night to change the sheets as they had stains/marks on them when we asked.
We were given sheets and had to change them ourselves when we asked management.
Also, we asked for a room AWAY from the elevator and got the room right NEXT to the elevator (Room 310) - thanks for listening to the request :/

When we checked in, the first room we were assigned had not been cleaned. Once we reported it, they immediately assigned us another room. Also, the bed was harder than I would have preferred. Other than that, it was good stay.

The one front desk clerk keyed another guest to our room then tried to blame the guest for the mistake. Felt bad for the guest that entered our room by mistake. There was a dirty shirt left in our room from previous guests when we checked in. A few of the the staff made sure breakfast was wrapped up early even prior to 9am even while people were still trying to get breakfast. When trying to exit out room to check out the one staff lady was standing there waiting for us to exit… definitely made our stay on edge

The room had an odd smell to it and the bathroom door didn’t close properly. You had to close it a specific way to make the door close without opening.

It was an average property, I was there few days to meet family on my first night I arrived late and they out me in a room next to a meeting room and close to Landry and gym area.. couldn’t sleep first night and the room cannot be switched on first night due to property sold out . On first and second night it was loud most of night hrs and not comfy. They did switch my room for third and fourth night and then was fine. Property is bit old. The card keys had significant issues as every second time it gets deactivated and had to run down to the front desk for activations. I didn’t try the breakfast. Front desk staff was little strict and not accommodating. If there are other options available they look into those. Not recommend.

Mold in ceiling of bathroom. Did not see it until second night and didn’t want to change rooms as only had one night left. Room smelt musty and was damp. Hotel needs a refresh. Polite and helpful staff. Great location. Bed comfortable.

Easy parking and not too far from Sugar Land. Good breakfast each day and friendly staff. Check in was easy and the other guests were diverse and respectful.
Air conditioning wasn’t working in the fitness room and many of the machines had quirks. Walls are pretty thin in that each night before sleep I could hear conversations being held in the hall outside of my room.

Great location to great options for those on a Keto diet and access to a grocery store. Cinema and event center within a 6 minute drive. Great place to stay! Beds and pillows were great easy on an over 50 population ! I will stay here again even if I have to go into Houston.

Great location! Convenient to shopping and dinning. There are H‑E‑B and chick-fil-a very closed. It’s a very nice hotel, good service and staff. The pool is very nice for my kids to enjoy. There is coffee 24/7, which is very important for my dad. Whole family enjoyed the stay. It’s a clean hotel. But it’s an older hotel, so the faucet area isn’t as clean as I hope. Overall, it’s a very nice place to stay for a family.
