It was just okay. Especially for one night.
The walks are so thin you could hear everything. Someone was snoring and we heard it all. Could not sleep. So glad no one was having sex! But I won't stay there again

The TV situation was odd. They weren't smart TVs, so I couldn't sign into my streaming services, but I can live with that. The remote didn't have a GUIDE button. The remote"s CHANNEL UP button was so worn that it was almost impossible to use. The TV isn't a big deal, but it is odd that such a basic amenity wasn't up to par.
The room was clean and stocked with towels. The staff was courteous.

This hotel went above and beyond. I became extremely ill during the course of our travels. In a way that no cleaning crew should have to be a part of. These people were so gracious and so kind before during and after. This hotel gets 10 stars out of five.

Not happy with cancellation policy. Death in the family the morning of the stay caused our plans to change. You would think that they would work with you considering our unexpected loss. I won't use this hotel chain or family of hotels in the future.

This is an old property. Having said that Amelia was very attenrive and professional. The rooms are noisy, and very dated. I couldn't even charge my phone.

The entrance is a little frustrating to get into if you're unfamiliar with the area. However the staff were amazing and the hotel and room was kept clean and orderly. This will be my first choice when I'm in the area!

Jetted Tub was not useable due to cleanliness, there was black hair, and foreign objects in the bottom and slides of the tub. Not only was the side of the tub / wood work cracked there was a deceased cockroach on the tile surrounding the tub. There was also a constant smell of marijuana in my room on the first floor, especially leaking into the restroom. Entering the hotel there were individuals sleeping in their vehicles. My myself and guest decided to cut our trip short and leave this hotel 24 hours early without a refund.

I had a short stay before headed out of town. It was nice quality for the price. Best Western seems consistently very good at all that I have been. It was a clean and comfortable room. The front desk staff was incredibly nice! I would stay there again.

Quick and easy check in. Nice location. Carpet and bathroom was a little dated and worn. HVAC worked well keeping us warm and cool as needed. Workout room was clean and in working order. Ice machine on 2 not working but was on 1. Breakfast was the same Sat & Sun but good, sausage, eggs, biscuits and waffles along with grab and go bagels, bars and yogurt. I would definitely stay there again. Front desk was a bit slow when I went to ask for more towels. 2 were working but 2nd refused to acknowledge me while the other was with a guest. They location seemed to be into Covid protocols with face shield at front desk, limited cleaning services. It was nice that they had a server for breakfast buffet.

Mold around shower, the price of soda rediculous, cheaper at gas station. 14 dollars for 2 burrito in the morning wasn’t even made right. Pretty good scam you got going on there. Beer prices are high to, you charge high rates for two beds and expect people to pay for snacks breakfast won’t recommend this hotel to anyone

The BW Plus in Duncanville is a great value for your money. That said, you also have to remember that there will be issues. I had a well maintained room, that was clean, but there was an odor in the shower drain that wouldn't go away. We were on the third floor, the hallway floor was a bit uneven, as if the actual structure or the floor was buckling in spots.
That said, the staff was wonderful, they were friendly and honored all requests. This hotel is solid, if you have realistic expectations.
