I recently stayed at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, and I had a fantastic experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, which made the stay very comfortable. The atmosphere was welcoming and created a relaxing environment. One of the highlights of my stay was the casino— it added a fun and exciting element to the experience. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely consider staying here again if we have another vacation in California.

Great Resort and Hotel. I was there for one night business trip with my partner and we loved everything. The Hotel and surrounding is super clean and safe. Large room with Large bathroom and crystal clear. The Complimentary Valet parking was so convenience and the staff are all friendly and professional. We didn't get a chance to play at the casino but we enjoyed the nice restaurant for our breakfast. I recommend this Hotel for business and pleasure for everyone looking for a full package Hotel. We planned to go back there sometimes for spa and enjoy more at this excellent property. Thanks for everyone working at this Hotel and see you soon.

Aqua Caliente in Rancho Mirage was our perfect stop for a trip from Phoenix to LA. The service was impeccable and the room was comfortable.

The pool area looked like the majority of the people weren’t even staying at the hotel a lot of loud and rowdy people. We ended up leaving a day before my check out day

We had a wonderful time at Agua Caliente . I liked the resort feel without having to leave the country or break the bank . Food at the cafe was good. The Asian cuisine restaurant wasn’t so good . But other than that I highly recommend this place .

We were there for a small party in the Palm Salon and it was a gorgeous setting with excellent service.

Cabana fee too high, not worth it. All food very good, upgraded / bigger slot machines - unfavorable to users.

First time at this hotel. Staff was very nice and courteous with the exception of the older lady with glasses. The overall experience here was great. Nice clean rooms, clean casino. Only real complaint was how thin the walls were. Couldn’t get much sleep because I could hear the person snoring from the other room. And the pool, albeit beautiful there is no management to control the rowdiness that can occur. I was almost hit twice in the head by a flying football being thrown around by a group of young boys. Guests were letting large groups of people into the pool area where they were just using empty cabanas and bringing in tons of outside food.. bags of snacks and McDonalds. It’s a little upsetting when there are rules posted about no outside food or drinks, so some of us are paying for the cabanas and purchasing the hotel food. Ultimately the pool experience wasn’t pleasant. Seemed a bit out of control. I really did like the property but I’m not sure If I would stay again.

My mom and I stayed at this facility and she absolutely loved it. She can’t wait to go back. It was clean and staff was friendly.

We booked a room to stay the weekend for a concert. Everything was clean, and the staff was top notch. The Steakhouse was excellent. The staff at the pool were attentive and friendly. We would come back!

Had never been to this resort! Super nice. Customer service was the best! I was shocked all the food no matter where we ordered from was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We will return in the fall.
