Beautiful property. I loved that there were so many pools to choose from!!!! The food was great and staff was super friendly!!!

We ran out of tissue, they didn’t have any for us to use. You have to pay for certain things, it’s not what we are used to

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Riu Montego Bay Adults Only Resort for his birthday. The resort is beautiful, the food was amazing, and the overall atmosphere was fun. BUTT.... On our second day the cleaning lady stole my boyfriend's driver license and bank card which was hidden in his sneaker inside my suitcase. Only reason it was hidden there was because my boyfriend had left for the beach in which I was to join him, and I couldn't work the safe. Mind you I was in the room with cleaner when she started cleaning the room and towards the end, she said Miss you don't have to stay and help me clean. I was very skeptical not of her per se but of anyone cleaning the room. I should of went with my intuition, but I said to myself stop being paranoid. We reported situation to the security who came and searched our room and suitcase looking through our underwear and all then jotted some notes down on the pad and told us they would get back to us in two days: in which they didn't. Bad enough we went through all this the next they had the nerve to send the same cleaning lady to clean our room...of course I confronted her and of course she denied it. I told her "I'm not asking you I'm telling you "You stole our belongings." she had the nerve to tell me I have to sign a paper stating that I didn't want my room cleaned. I didn't sign anything and scream on security and housekeeping for sending the same thief to clean our room.

Service is a hit or miss, around the property is not quick to be cleaned and you have to call up front multiple times. Dinner was not accommodating for groups. Our party of 10 was split up multiple times Activities by the pool are good, definitely fun vibes . Pepe’s had the best food

Everything was nice from start to finish. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, I’ll visit again soon.

Propwrty was excellent , enjoyed our stay.

The people on the property were very friendly food was good. We did enjoy our anniversary celebration. We will be back soon.

Very fun all included not as big as you thought but many activities wish the pools were open late thought but overall hard a good stay

The hotel staff was excellent, The outdoor food options for the pool area is a great idea. It’s just that the food lines were way too long, maybe they need more stations, more cooks an hour or more to stand is just too much. The outside smelled of raw sewage, my room had a wet mildew smell. The outdoor pool with the swim up bar had no music playing from their speakers. But I guess with the amount of people and the turnover it’s expected. Overall I had a great time.

Is not good for couples. To many young teenagers like to party . Is not very relaxing. To many vendors on the beach .

This property was nice. Our room had 2 roaches in the bathroom. We advised the front desk and they switched our room.

We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it

My 3rd time staying here...we have stayed at riu in bahamas and punta cana too Love the riu..entertainment wasnt as good this time as the past times we have went..the fire show, michael jackson before was excellent....also be prepared to walk alot..i dont like how spread out the rooms are to the dining and pools, asked for lower level due to walking issues and got placed at farthest building and walked up 2 sets up stairs..but overall a wonderful place and staff are wonderful

We had a great time overall! The location was conducive to going on excursions and exploring the island. We were celebrating an anniversary on this trip, so we were pleasantly surprised when a bottle of wine was delivered to our room as a token of celebration. We attended a few of the night parties, which were enjoyable. We appreciated the live music and DJs who kept the lively mood at the pool areas.

I always stay at the Ochio Rio Rui & I tried the Adult Only I didn't like the pool experience. Their was too much inappropriate behavior from the guest. Too each is own but I had to leave the pool! Staff could not curb their excesses. I think I booked that week the swingers booked ! it was a bit much! turn me off from the resort!

Toilets broke food little options and food not good. Very little choices . Liquor very low selves. Sugar drinks water down drinks. Charging if u lose a wrist band 250 bucks and not putting on you tight . No room service . Old food at sports bar. Same boring shows for entertainment

Beautiful large beach.. good was amazing. He’s was a bit firm, but the air conditioning made up For it! Definitely going again!

Location very nice, staff friendly and a multitude of things to do.

Did not like the men on the boats selling stuff at the beach. The smell of marijuanna all the time.
