Great for early morning flights

At the front of the building. Room was so hot and the air con wasn’t working. Had to open window but this let the noise of the traffic, the monorail and people in. Didn’t sleep at all so uncomfortable.

Booked this hotel due to early morning flight. Very comfortable and only 3 minute walk to the departure area. I will definitely be booking againGoof

Check in process was very quick. Room was very good, clean and comfortable with toiletries in the bathroom. Food menu in the bar was quite limited and service there was a little slow, hence it not being a 5 star review - the hotel is perfect for an early flight though as it’s a 2 minute walk to the terminal, so I would definitely recommend it.

I was bowled over by the help at the Ibis International. It was a family member's birthday, and the staff went out of their way to make it really special - balloons, cards, celebratory elements. It was a truly terrific stay. I had to head off very early for a flight, but I felt deeply grateful that so much effort had been made to make the stay very special. And the rooms are fabulous!

Booked 6 rooms through Expedia and only gave 5 rooms, had to pay for another hotel at £425 per night for 2 nights. Expedia is complaining but I’m still out of pocket.

Staff at the bar were great Receptionist white female was quite ignorant as she was carrying on with her task but didn’t say I’ll be with you in a moment which would have been the norm as far as my training from customer service goes Couple of hours prior to check out the house keeper knocked our door which was not what we expected so early. Bar staff were amazing Accommodation clean trendy and suits all needs

There was a distinct smell in the shower cubicle - quite sulphurous and there was no usb port to charge my phone - disappointing considering the price I paid to stay overnight.

Food choice is poor, unless you like a burger or pizza my partner had fish and chips which was over cooked all batter and no fish! Hotel is handy if you have an early flight, but eat out or take your own food.

The location was perfect for being able to visit the sites in Bath

Nice hotel for an overnight stay prior to flying but the TV was undergoing an upgrade, and we could not get any channel to watch. The AC also did not work. Bit stuffy. Staff were very good and restaurant also very good.

The design of the room was cool, although the bathroom 'pod' a bit strange. For what I paid, it would have been nice to have had at least another trash can other than in the bathroom. Also a box of tissues would have been nice, and a hand towel. A thin flat sheet right on top of the actual nasty mattress was disturbing. No mattress cover or anything. The dining room and lounge appeared nice although I didn't use either. I did appreciate the security of having to use a room key card to use the elevator. For being right on top of the airport, it was exceedingly quiet in the room. Served the purpose for the night.

Ideal for a sleep over prior to very early flight where we were able to drop cases off the night before,get a few hours sleep and then be on our way. Literally just a few minutes walk and we were in main departure arez.

Perfect location if flying in/out of Birmingham airport. Situated halway between the terminal and car parks 1-3. Check-in & check-out were quick and easy and the room was clean and comfortable.

We had requested an accessible room but we were given a non-accessible room at check-in. This was quickly fixed by the reception staff but it would have taken only a moment to double-check at first, and avoid the need to correct.

Ideal location for my early morning flight from Birmingham Airport - sadly after less than three hours sleep, stopping overnight wasn’t the best idea! As the hotel is right next to the drop off zone, for some unknown reason, drivers think at 3am it’s okay to blast in the car horns for 20/30 seconds at a time walking most people up. This carried on for around two hours off and on. I wouldn’t mind but the airport staff should’ve resolved whatever the issue is. Won’t use again….

Our room was located opposite car park in between the car park & our room was a set of barriers which was causing a lot of chaos as the barries were failing to operate properly this was causing a majority of drives to sound there car horns in frustration which then resulted in us to have a sleepless night 😡

Walkable to and from the airport very convenient

Great hotel just opposite the airport, rooms are clean and beds comfy, food on the restaurant was really tasty and all staff were extremely polite.

Always use the Ibis prior to any early flight from Birmingham. Great location. Decent hotel and a very good price. Recommended for pre flight stay.

Super close to the airport, easy to check in the night before flying, facilities good and a nice early breakfast.
