If you are traveling with family, kitchen and and extra space helps. Breakfast buffet was good and we enjoyed it. The location is far from downtown and other tourist spots and there isn’t much difference in price per night. Indoor pool was disappointing. Very cold, water too salty for kids and there was a group who was very loud so we left. They need to maintain that area.

Everything was great! We love the Staybridge because service is always great, it’s clean, and it’s a good breakfast. We like the king suite with double beds. It’s plenty of room for our large young family. I would suggest if the opportunity arises to upgrade the pool as it was only 3ft water, making it more difficult to play. Another suggestion would be offer guest the opportunity to rent movies on the TVs in the room.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE! I WAS VERBALLY ASSAULTED AND DISCRIMINATED AGAINST , front desk person, was not at the front desk when I arrived. I waited for more than 5 minutes for someone to arrive . At that time, there were three white males, in the lobby. I then said hello a few times. Then I said, is anyone going to check me in? He came around the corner and said, “You don’t even have to say it like that”.  I said, excuse me. He then went on to accused me of “getting smart” with him. He repeatedly threatened me and said, I don’t have to check you in if I don’t want to check you in”. I proceeded to ask for the manager. He pointed his finger to the cards . I said, I would like to speak to your manager. He said, “You can’t speak to him until the morning”  I said I just need to speak your manager” He continued to verbally assault me to the point I called my fiancé inside. He then said, you know what, I don’t have to let you in. He told me to get out. He then proceeded to into the office and call his manager. A few minutes later he came out with the phone in his hand. The manager, John, did not even ask me what happened. He immediately took his side and told me to leave. I told him I need my money in hand before I leave. He said you booked with the third party. I said I don’t care. I need my money. He said well I am going to call the police. I said please do. The police came and I file a report against this employee. FIRE THIS GUY AND the manager.

The staff was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, curtious. Made us feel at home. Because of them, the guests were all friendly. Such a pleasant experience. I would definitely come back & recomend Staybridge to other. Thank you all.

A lot of empty and run down buildings within sight of the hotel. Wanted to go swimming and there was a huge family in the pool screaming and being rude. Fire alarm went off several times within half an hour. The staff was very nice however we would not choose to stay at this location again in the future.

Staff had allowed someone to rent a conference room in order to throw a birthday party. Party was playing music that was very loud with explicit lyrics. Pool area was dirty with candy wrappers in the pool, wet towels balled up in the corners, unwanted food sitting on the pool deck / furniture. Room decor was older than expected, shower that had signs up many many years of use. Fog machine from birthday party downstairs caused fire alarm to go off twice, had to call front desk to ensure there was indeed no fire or need to evacuate. Final straw was hair in the bed and makeup stains on pillow case - left and did not stay the night, would not recommend to anyone.

So close to all the shops and restaurants. Also easy to get on interstate or the back roads.

Staff was very nice upon check in. However, when got to room was not King bed nor accessible for handicap which what I reserved. Happy to bring my pup but little to no grass.

Very friendly reception when we first came in. Rooms clean and quiet.

Found a lot of hair in the bathroom. Had a difficult time trying to get the maids to give us time to get dressed so they could clean the room. This was primarily due to them not being able to speak English.

Fabulous day service was wonderful. It was very clean. Everything was wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Great staff. Great breakfast pull this heated to 85. Has a very, very great stay there.

Property was right off the highway and located near several restaurants for meals. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious and fit our entire party (we did the 2 bedroom suite). Pool was small (15x20) and only 3 feet deep but was perfect for our younger kids.

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast and wonderful clean rooms. Will definately stay here again.

My family and I stayed here during my kids spring break. Partially disappointed about my stay because the hotels indoor pool was closed for the whole week. The weather wasn't the best, so that's the only reason why I chose this hotel. DEFINITELY call before you book.

The front desk/staff were great.

Chad at the front desk was great, polite and explained where everything was. I got in kinda late. The room was clean, and bed was very comfortable. And breakfast was great too, options for everyone.

The only negative comment I would make is “Improve the lighting in the make up area.” Just needs to be more light for putting on make up and doing your hair.
