My whole stay was perfect The room with the ceiling window was amazing my favourite room the choice of bath or shower and the complimentary biscuits! The swimming pool was a great size and warm and clean

Really pleased with the suite we booked. Lovely big bathroom. The pool and gym were very good. Couldn't fault the staff. All in all a very pleasant stay, excellent value for money.

Ramada Telford was plain but comfortable

Only in Telford for a stopover, but the hotel was in a good position for travel onwards the following day. The reception and bar staff were very helpful Room was clean and comfortable

The hotel was amazing, I stayed there purely because of the convenience of going to the internation centre for comic con. Its really close to the shops and train station too. The amazing benefit i found was that the bed was extremely comfy.

Spotlessly clean with very good staff. Could do with something other than shower curtain though. That's our only comment. Otherwise great.

Service in restaurant and bar was very good. Staff very helpful and obliging. Relaxing stay. Comfortable beds with spacious bedrooms and walk in shower. Only minor point was dust in creases of the armchairs.

No food before 6, booked a while ago to use pool, pool closed for maintenance but wasn't informed, gym was pretty poor, evening meal was like a supermarket ready meal curry. Much better hotels in the area for cheaper

Very convenient for Telford railway station or events at the International Centre. Rooms are nice and fairly large but quite warm in summer as no air-conditioning

Very disappointing. The staff do not look too happy. The rooms are not the cleanest, another customer was asking for her room to be changed In the morning due to the smell/ stains on the wall? Room next door had a couple making loud noises all night It is just a very depressing/run down place once you enter unfortunately.

The staff are really friendly but the bed was so hard and uncomfortable and we had an outside light right outside our window that kept us awake the 1st night, we asked if we could switch rooms due to the bed and the light and this was not a problem. They advised us that they are looking to change the mattresses in the next few months. The rooms are not soundproof as we could hear all the noise from the corridor like people coming back after a night out and making loads of noise, also the corridor stank of weed so this was really off putting and due to the issues above we would not come back to this hotel.

We were here for 3 nights visiting friends nearby. The room was reasonably comfortable but the bed was soft/sagging a bit. Pillows weren't great. I had no issues with the service but there was nothing outstanding either.

The main reason we booked was that we fancied a swim after driving and the website said pool included. However, after paying I enquired how to get to the pool only to be told it was being refurbished. I would have opted for an alternative property.

The pool was closed during our visit. The accessible room was excellent, although it a had a low step into the shower

The area around the hote, station l and convention centre was designed for cars making it difficult, time consuming and dangerous to negotiate on foor.

Heating was too high and window was hard to open Otherwise very good.

Comfortable and reasonably priced. Fairly long queue to check in and a bottle of water in the room would be nice. There was coffee, which was appreciated.

I tend to use this hotel every time I visit Telford due to it's location and car park , and usually really good prices and pool . This time as usual great easy parking, staff lovely, it seemed as though they'd had a spruce up too since we last went. Unfortunately the pool wasn't in use due to ongoing works which I'm sure wasn't mentioned on booking, my lad was gutted.....then we went to the room , third floor ...my advice although room lovely and fine ..the attic type location and roof isn't good and the windows are useless as you can head every single passing car which kept me up most the night unfortunately....it again was a good price and we do love the location to town .

Great location, close to shopping mall and lots of restaurants. Nice, quiet hotel. Small and practical gym just disappointed the pool was under maintenance and their website didn’t say so in advance. Other than that great.

All good but didn't like low roof in the room bumped my head a couple of times

A lovely quiet night great staff

A nice hotel with friendly and accommodation staff, the room looked like it had recently been decorated and was very nice and clean, as was the bedding. The selection of drinks at the bar needs reviewing, as a beer drinker there is only Camden pale ale, while okay is not particularily a good beer, perhaps a notable brewer like Tetley or John Smiths. Like wise the lagers too!

I have often stayed in this hotel, but this time was disappointing. It would have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor than the double bed in the room. The lower corridor where rooms 100 - 130 had a powerful smell of w**d on both days of my visit. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful, and the large car park was free.

The cost was heavy, I was charged twice for breakfast later refunded after i took the time to complain (3 calls). Reception allegedly ordered me a taxi for a venue 100 yards away, never been there before. Had to remin the reception staff 3 times while I waited 20 minutes. Requested an invoice to my email and required to remind before received.
