I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The food was excellent. The staff was friendly.
I was surprised to hear from the staff , I had to pay for parking for each night. Especially, since , I had already paid for my room.

Staff was very friendly. Room was big and nice. Towels were a bit frayed and not soft. Breakfast was good, but no cold cereal. Was frustrated there were only 2 chargers for electric cars, and both were occupied when we arrived, so couldn't charge up.

The rooms were old and musty. The lobby was kept so cold to try and cover the mold smell. The breakfast was disgusting and the lady at breakfast yelled at everyone. We always try and stay at a hyatt but after this trip we will going back to the Marriott brand.

It appears to be an old hotel bought by Hyatt . The shower/bathroom looks very old style, leaky etc. None of GFCI outlets worked. Staff is wonderful. Very near to Target and Publix though.

I was disappointed there was no shower gel or conditioner. Also, I couldnt believe that the hotel decided to no longer provide small trash bags, soooo cheap. I will never book there again. The host, Ivory was what made everything better.

Great property and excellent breakfast. Perfect for families traveling or passing through. Only complaint is the bathroom had a smell that wasn’t the best when we first got there. We would stay again.

We stopped at the Richmond, VA Hyatt on our way to the OBX. It was amazing, clean and perfect for what we needed. The staff was exceptional, breakfast was delicious and overall our stay was great!

When I checked in the clerk was busy on a cell phone. She didn't provide normal check in information. Breakfast hours, amenities, etc

The room was nice but it didn’t have a microwave. The ice maker only worked on one of the 5 floors. This is very inconvenient for staying longer than a day or two. The costs of the room was more expensive than other hotels in the area to not have working amenities.

I arrived during a huge storm and the wifi was out making it really hard to check people in. Ben was amazing and went the extra mile to make sure I, and my daughter who is in a wheelchair, got a room on the first floor that was handicap accessible. Since we couldn’t print out room keys yet, he walked us to our room and let us get settled while they waited for the Wi-Fi to come back on. He then personally brought us our room keys along with two free snacks and beverages for the inconvenience. To top it off the next morning he greeted us by first names and treated us just like family. He even offered to pick up our order from the restaurant next-door because it was raining. This level of customer service I have not seen in a decade.

It was great they made accommodations after realizing that I had got the room for my daughters birthday party but it’s no partying or balloons etc allowed in the room so they told us were we could go on the property which was just as good as the room and more…,HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Location of the property is superb. The rooms are spacious and phenomenal. What is lacking is no microwave in the room and the most horrific shower pressure I’ve ever had. The air conditioner worked but certainly didn’t adjust to the temperature we set it to which was a problem. All in all I’ll give it a 3.5/5.

Upon arrival I called hotel for transport had to catch a Uber to location because shuttle never came. Had to change rooms because the toilet handle was broken and some type of substance was on bathroom floor. Maintenance came and fixed toilet when I left room I came back later that’s night to the water being turned off to the toilet and had to change room because no maintenance was on staff
