Ot was convenient and a great place to stay near family.

Very comfortable spacious rooms, plush beds and pillows. Fitness center, outdoor pool and hottub... laundry facility onsite (2 washers, 2 dryers-quarter operated...2.75 each I believe..) Mini store at front desk..and I look forward to the breakfast when I stay, which is a full bar and they offer apple, orange juice coffee water and even milk.

It’s was great the only complaint I have is my room smelt like men have been in there when i walked in. Not stanky but it wasn’t a pleasant welcome smell. Other than that it was great. Breakfast was 10/10. Location was great. Room was very nice and comfortable. I would come back just with frebreeze.

Had an enjoyable overall stay. Staff were very nice & friendly. My only comments were that the water pressure in our room for taking showers was very poor, so Took an extreme amount of time to take a shower. Outdoor pool temp was too cool as well, despite outdoor temp in 80’s.

Stay was good! Everything was as expected. I would just say that the interior of the building is dated and what you see in the room is dated like the couch chair worn out, paint needs to be redone and the sheets aren’t looking new or like what’s in the picture, things like that. Additionally, the carpet turned my son socks, a color, other than white. Besides that it was good and perfectly OK for what we needed it for and I would stay there again for the same reason that we did this time. Convienience and price and much better then a motel with room doors outside, etc.

Room was clean beds were hard!! Gym needed up dating. Treadmills were on there last leg. Slow starting up and made roaring noise the entire time I was on it. Tried the other one and it was worse. No towels in the gym or cleaning supplies or sanitizer.

This hotel was horrible. The staff was great, but nothing else was. Our room was filled with thick amounts of dust and there was dust caked up within the air conditioning system. My guest and I could barely turn it on without coughing and sneezing. Because we couldn’t comfortably use the AC, we were extremely hot within the room. The room was also very humid & there were small black bugs hopping on the beds by the end of our second night. The floor in the bedroom and bathroom area did not look safe to touch our feet (even with socks on). There was a thick ring of mold around the top of the toilet basin. I really with I could get my almost $1000 back for the terrible stay I endured. Do not stay here! It was a last resort for us, but it shouldn’t be in your consideration set at all.

The first problem was there was a huge hole in the ceiling of the hallway with a tub underneath to catch water from what looks like a roof leak. I was worried about what the condition of the room would be like being that it was right next to the leak in the hallway. The hallway and room smelled like mildew from the carpet being wet. The room was not clean at all. The carpet was wet. The tub looked like someone had just gotten out of it still water left in it. I immediately reported this to the staff. They changed me to another room on a different floor which was much better. The Wi-Fi was slow. I didn’t do breakfast at all. Overall, the hotel is a no. It smells, could be a lot cleaner, and need major updates.

Compared to my last visit to a LaQuinta Inn I was very satisfied. We had hot water for bathing. Tooms were clean. Staff was polite and attentive.

The location of the hotel is convenient to many shopping and attractions in the Arlington area. The room was clean and comfortable. The check in and check out process was quick and easy. The breakfast was good as well. The only improvement to the breakfast area is the way it is set up. There isn't much room for several people at one time to get the breakfast items. This could be resolved by simply rearranging the way the breakfast is set up where the most frequent breakfast items are in a straight line versus being in a corner. I certainly enjoyed staying at this hotel and would stay there again. One note is they do not offer shuttle service to DFW airport.

I had a great stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and over the top extremely helpful (especially Jennifer at the front desk and the housekeepers). The location was perfect for me passing through. Highly recommend for a quiet and convenient stay.

I stayed 3 nights. Good breakfast selections. Rooms are big and bed was comfortable. Water pressure in shower was excellent. Close to highway but far enough off that you don't hear traffic noise. Never had an issue finding parking. Close to many fast food options and WalMart and Target near by if you need things. I would stay there again.

The hotel or building is a bit old and the bathroom door would not close completely and it had a cover hanging loose over what looked like a light fixture that was removed. Everything else was good! Breakfast was good!

This hotel just had some cosmetic issues. Nothing that would keep me from staying here again. It was very clean, my sheets, the room and over all hotel smelled clean. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Free breakfast was great, huge selection to choose from.

Great stay. There was a large group checking in when we were, but we still got in quickly. Staff was courteous. They upgraded our room because they didn't have our room ready. It was very neat, clean and in a quiet neighborhood and quiet in the he halls. Good location and close to gas and convenient stores. A+++++

Upon arrival at midnight, the carpet between the beds in our room was very wet. I asked to move and they only had a room with a king sized bed and a pull out sofa bed. The lobby and hallway was not very clean either.

The staff was amazing, love how fast was check in. Some things need some attention and updates. For example the fridge in our room was a bit smelly and I think because it wont close well and wont cool the things like it should.
Also I think our room does not sleep 6 like it said. We were a family of 5 but the 2 beds were only big enough for 4.
The pool was good, the only thing i noticed that if you are handicapped the machine that lowers you down does not look like it worked.
Overall the staff is nice but I think it needs some updates and be more cleaner.

I have this property a 3 since I had to wait an extra 45 minutes to check in because they checked in someone under my reservation which wasn’t the inconvenience but the staff took way to long checking me in after a long drive an extra 45 minutes to check in wasn’t cool . They had front trash the was overflowing for days without being emptied by staff . Rooms were very clean and food was great.

The property was close to shopping and eating, it was also close to the zoo. The breakfast options were basic and edible, not great. The room was clean, but numerous things were broken in it or needing repair. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Bad area, homeless people everywhere. Hotel in bad condition. Dirty, obviously deals with a lot of theft. Microwave stolen out of one of the rooms, anti-theft device on tv. I don't understand how this had a good rating. Staff was incredibly friendly and nice, my issues are strictly with the hotel. Not worth the money being charged.

The water pressure in shower was great, the bed was comfortable enough.
The quality of the finish of the rooms was poor. The ceiling in the bathroom had bits of painter's tape, different colored paint, messy edges, gaps/lines/screw holes near where fixtures might've been in the past. The paint on the ceiling in bedroom had areas where the paint color was a couple of shades different than the rest. I know people local to the area and they said the hotel was 'on hold' for a while when COVID started, and then finished sometime later - seems like the finishing contractors were different, and were operating on the fast/cheap side of the fast/cheap/good triangle.
I'm not sure I'd stay here again - heard the Comfort Inn was nicer.
