Hotel Saint Germain very clean and conveniently located in an area where many attractions a short distance away. The staff is professional, helpful and friendly. Special mention for the gentleman who served us breakfast every morning, as he always went above and beyond. If we return to Paris, we will definitively stay at Hotel Saint Germain again.

This is a nice little hotel in a great area. This staff was pretty helpful and very nice. We paid for a superior room but still got a pretty small room. We had to move a table just to get our luggage to fit on the floor. Even then we blocked a clean set door. The worst part was the shower. It was sideways and there was no possible way to take a shower and not soak the floor. All the extra hand towels were used to cover the very slippery tile floors. I'm guessing this was a one off because of the shape of our room. It was very uncomfortable to shower in. Another thing was they made you leave your key at the front desk whenever you left the property. There was always someone at the front desk but more often than not, we had to wait a couple of minutes for them to show up. If you don't mind small European rooms then I highly recommend it but if you expect a decent size room when you pay extra then you will be disappointed.

Very cute hotel, located in a nice location with many bistros and cafes, as well as a big shopping mall one block away. The staff was very nice and pleasant, always ready to help. Rooms were very nice, clean. Great experience overall.

From the moment we arrived the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect!! We were celebrating a birthday and they made it wonderful!! They helped us every day to make our stay excellent!! We definitely would stay here again!!

Perfectly located on rue du Bac with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Les Invalides and Rodin Museum are 15min walk. Le Bon Marché and its gourmet grocery store are 5min walk. Slightly inconvenient to reach rue du Bac from Gare du Nord via Metro - involved several tube changes. Bear in mind if travelling with heavy luggage or young children. FYI - many bedrooms have separate rooms, one for WC and one for the shower, which is a little odd and tricky, especially since the WC room is tiny and has no sink. Hotel is small and lovely, with nice decor. Stylish wallpapers and vintage movie prints everywhere. Outside of building looks very pretty. All the staff, from reception to breakfast, are wonderfully friendly and helpful. The night manager was especially kind and welcoming. Would definitely recommend staying here if you choose to be in the 7e area. Recommendations: Brasserie Thoumieux, Le Petit Lutetia, Cafe Varenne, Cafe l’Esplanade, Plume restaurant, Le Bon Marché store.

Location is quite convenient to walk to museum like Orsay and Louvre. Nice breakfast and kind people. I will come again 😄

We had a fabulous stay! The hotel is in a fantastic location - very near several metro stops. The staff was wonderful as were the rooms and the daily breakfast. So happy with our stay there and would 100% stay there again in the future. We loved that they had adjoining rooms available - a rarity in Paris.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good stay. The WiFi absolutely sucked and was super bad. less than 1MBPS.

This hotel did not disappoint. The detail to cleanliness was spot on. Going to Paris after hearing the negativity regarding bugs was skeptical but after arrival at this hotel the fear subsided. Don’t Listen to all the news! The room was a little small, which I had anticipated since having stayed in Europe before, but very, very comfortable. The days we were there were on the warm side and the air conditioning worked great. The breakfast we had in the morning was not only delicious, but the servings were plentiful snd service was so cordial. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Wonderful place to stay in Paris!

We loved our room with the French doors to enjoy a little fresh air in our room. Plenty big enough with a firm king size bed although the bathroom is tiny. Staff were wonderful and helpful. We walked everywhere from the hotel and there are plenty of cafes around.
