The layout of the apartment was great, nice and spacious. But the age and condition of the furniture and the cleanliness of the apartment was a constant reminder that thousands of people had been there before us. Wouldn’t stay again.

It was very spacious with a nice view out to sea and over the pool. Great facilities for babies available. We did have trouble with a blocked shower drain however.

The apartment is in a great location, comes with a car park which is great. Ours was very small and we had a big van so was tricky to park.
Nice big apartment with amazing views. A little dated and some of the furniture and ammenities could do with replacing.
Pool is lovely and the area around it nice and spacious.
Would definitely stay again in the hopes that the feedback given has been addressed.

We love Broadbeach, the apartment was so close to everything we needed, shops, restaurants, gym, beach. The amenities were great and unlike a hotel, they were quiet! With us being a family of five, we loved being in a fully self contained apartment.

what a disaster!!
We checked in on Xmas eve at 2pm (because we were told we couldn’t check in and earlier) and reception was already shut. We were only left one key for each 2 bedroom apartment.
This would have been ok - but the place is set up like Fort Knox so it was a logistical nightmare trying to get everyone in and out of the rooms/hotel.
We phoned after hours service who were sooo rude - they said “you should have arrived earlier and because you checked in after reception had left we would need to deal with for the next 3 days until reception returned.
This was completely unacceptable given the price we were paying per night and we had booked 4 apartments.
The lady at reception was really helpful on her return and apologised.
We also had a major leak in the room from the storms.

Huge two bedder perfect for two adults and 3 little ones.
Loved the extra big couch made perfect to chill out. Our room had a great view of the pool.

We stayed in a gorgeous, large 3-bedroom modern apartment. Great pool and spa, though the building shades the pool from about 2pm in summer. Fantastic location. Only a block from the beach. Heaps of dining around, as well as supermarket access. Tram station is also a short walk. Only downside is there is currently construction noise which starts at 6am across the road for a new building, but we assumed this was why we got a great deal. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

The location is great and easy walking to all that Broadbeach has to offer. However, the website leads you to believe that family units are on the 2nd floor. We arrived after hours and were on the 20th floor. Speaking to reception the next morning, the blunt response was that we needed to request this upon booking. With regard to the unit; the oven did not heat and it appeared to be a faulty dial, the main wardrobe lacked room because of a shower chair stored in it. On our 3rd day we arrived back to a shattered window and the response from management was quick and efficient. They then moved us to a 2nd floor apartment. Overall, both units lacked the finer cleanliness expected for ‘luxury apartments’ (main bed springs were collapsing, AC flow was poor, leather lounge was peeling and needed to be vacuumed, blankets stained etc).
Overall, location is great, the pool and gym were of very high quality, and main areas are quite luxe, there is just some areas that need attention when you consider the price your paying.

Great location. The pool and spa area is beautiful, and the perfect temperature. 3 bedroom apartment was a great size for 6 people to stay in for a week. We will definitely be back again!

Great room. View was amazing facing the ocean. My room was updated which made it a nicer experience compared to the other room i booked. Bed comfy, bathroom was awesome also. Location perfect close to everything.

We often stay at the Aria as the apartments are spacious and the pool and spa are great. However, this time we were in a south east facing apartment and it was very noisy due to building works across the road. While no fault of the Aria, I would recommend only booking a north east or east facing apartment until the works are complete.

We splurged on the subpenthouse for 7 people and it was well worth it. Heaps of space and spaces for everyone to do their own thing. Amazing views and well equipped kitchen and facilities.

The customer service was excellent and that made out stay great. It is in a really good location we could walk everywhere we wanted to go and it was very relaxing. Will definitely stay here again.

Loved it from the moment we walked in. Convenience of parking & able to walk to everything you need. Beach nice distance, pool & spa beautiful. Room was exceptional perfect space for week away. Had everything we needed & more. View is spectacular, friendly staff. Dont want to pick but balcony could've been bit cleaner as had food on chairs & under table..

Fantastic Location, Spacious apartment, very Comfortable and Cosy, Amazing Pool, Great for families as you have most of the amenities you would have at home. HIGHLY recommend!!!
Apartment needs a bit of maintenance and a freshen up. A bit more cookware would also be great.

Great location and apartment was clean and very spacious for a 3 bedroom apartment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great pool and spa area. Shame about the demolition noise across the road but not Aria's fault.

We were in a 2 bedroom apartment on 14th floor. Nice and spacious apartment. Toilet and shower floors could do with an extra deep clean though. Parking was easy, heaps of restaurants and the bottom of the building. Gym area could do with some free weights as the machines are a bit tired. Would highly recommend staying at this place.

Apartments were huge and clean. Beds were comfortable. Apartment was showing age with bits showing wear like dishwasher leaking, dryer not working properly and door knobs falling off. We were on fifth floor on Albert St side so did have wake up from garbage trucks every day. Spa and pool were both heated so perfect in middle of winter and we’ll used during our stay. Perfect location for access to restaurants and things to do in and around Broadbeach. We would stay again for a short stay.

We stayed in a high floor three bedroom apartment which was absolutely perfect for our family. Plenty of space, well maintained and great kitchen facilities. Lovely view to the ocean. Free car parking provided is great and spacious! Excellent location with Oasis shopping and dining a few steps away and Pacific Fair a 10 min walk. Tracey on reception absolutely fabulous, so accomodating and one of the nicest people you will meet! Gym and pool facilities excellent and well maintained and the BEACH is only a short stroll away! A little noisy on the “party nights” weekends but not really a worry as it’s expected living amongst all the action!!! We’ve been coming to the Gold Coast every year pre covid (14 times) and stayed at various apartments and would recommend here and we will be back! thanks Aria!!!

What a great accomodation space ! loved the big spacious rooms , the views , the pool, the sauna , the theatre room and the service was great when we needed it . Very close to everything , also parking was included - bonus ! Would definitely recommend and stay again !
