The hotel was wonderful very comfortable very clean just beautiful however, even after you pay for your room, they have to charge you a $150 on your credit card which we did not have so we were not going to be able to stay there. After lots of back-and-forth, we finally got to pay cash And everything was fine. I understand the policy, but I don’t know why we couldn’t have just paid cash in the first place since the room was prepaid.

All was good, even though we didn’t use the Pool or Hot tub it was a surprise to see them closed for renovations. It would have been nice if that was disclosed in the advertising. Perhaps we paid a certain price assuming there was a pool when there wasn’t.

I HATED my room!! Staff should have told me that the room I'm getting is designed exclusively for disabled customers and given me a choice to select a different room. Seriously, you didn't have the foresight to think that the shower should accommodate both disabled and non disabled customers. I had to use a hand held wand during my entire stay to shower. I can get by with the sink being low but there was no where to put my toiletries. It was ridiculous. The living room had no where you can put a wine glass or place dinner if you wanted to watch TV. The closest was designed exclusively for disabled customers which meant my dresses hung up were drapped on the floor. No bag for dirty clothes, no shampoo in the room. That is fun to discover mid shower. I had to get out, dry off, call the front desk, wait 5 minutes for staff to deliver what should have been in the room to begin with. The bottom of the shower had no traction and I slipped on several occasions. The placement of everything was so inefficient. It is super rare I give a negative review. Check out my google reviews and you will see. This was bad.

Quiet safe enjoyable stat

Lovely hotel! Affordable and in a very nice area.

I called ahead to confirm shuttle service to the airport for a very early flight. I was assured that the shuttle runs 24/7, at no cost. Keeping our car there was also complimentary for the week we'd be gone. I did not check the site, since this employee repeated his assurances about both scenarios. We chose this hotel based on that information. Got there to learn this was not correct. Shuttle runs only from 8 a.m., so was unavailable to us. Charges occur for parking in their lot, as well. I argued that perhaps they should honor what a rep from their hotel had indicated. He gave the manager's card and suggested we call him (after our flight was taking off). He also denied it could have been Jose, since he is kitchen staff. The person who answered the phone said his name was Jose. We chose this hotel because of the information he gave me. We will not be returning to this hotel, based on the clerk's attitude and the lack of accountability.

Noise didn’t travel through the walls except the door let every noise in. Luckily only a couple people were loud in the hallway walking by. The website said blackout curtains but in my room the chain to adjust the blinds was piled up on the ledge and there were no blackout curtains at all. There were fingerprints on the tv. Personnel were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was overall very clean. Nice chilly AC

We had a one bedroom suite with 2 queen beds. The room was very clean, although the small rug under the ottoman could have used a wash. The couch was not the most comfortable for sitting on. We found the beds to be very comfortable. Large bathroom, good shower. Quiet. We’d stay here again.

Clean, quiet, and kind staff!

I was very disappointed in this stay. The room was not cleaned well. There was a long hair hanging from the comforter and several hairs on the toilet seat. There were little pieces of debris on the floor. The remote control did not work for the TV. I could easily hear noise, moving around from the other rooms I paid a lot of money to stay here for one night and it was not worth it. I checked in at night after driving for 6 hours so I didn't want to go through the hassle of changing rooms. The positive is part of the hotel room has been renovated so it looks nice. However, there are some furniture that was not updated and has scratches on it. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel mainly due to the uncleanliness of the room. The hairs were visible so there is no excuse for housekeeping missing this.

We booked it online on the road. It said it would be a suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch suite which is why we choose this place. If not we would've just picked another place and booked 2 rooms since we have a larger family for the price of one room at this place. It ended up when we showed up it wasn't that and had to pay for 2 rooms because it was not represented correctly even though we put sleeping for 6 in one room and we couldn't get a refund. We ended up having to book another room. We got 2 King overpriced rooms with Pull out couch beds and one room didn't even have a mattress on the pull out couch on it. So my kid just slept on the couch without pulling it out. We were too tired to deal with complaining about that to the staff. Not sure they would care anyway. We just needed a place to crash and then go on our way not even use the amenities. WAY overpriced for what it is. Plus NO BREAKFAST. So ended up paying for 2 rooms at $175 each and no breakfast and missing mattress in one room to boot. We were tired after driving all day and it was super late so just dealt with it. Plus there is all the construction around the hotel. The pool looked like crap when we saw it in the morning. I would never stay at a Cambria hotel again.

Property is fine and has been updated but it is an older building, reception area is dark and shows its age. Restaurants are not within walking distance.

Only thing i wish they had was breakfast. good places to eat near by

Excellent clean room. Couch was a bit dipped in the middle - the cushions were collapsing. The shower and towels were awesome. Even though we were near the elevator, the room was quiet. We were comped two breakfasts because they didn't have two queen beds. The chef was late on Saturday morning. The food he cooked was delicious though so worth the 30 minute wait.

Very nice hotel. We were traveling and stay at this hotel generally every other year. It has never disappointed.

We had a quick overnight stay. Room fit all six of us well and everything was clean.

We stayed at the hotel daughters were in a softball tournament. The hotel was very nice, very clean. The room was amazing. Was like a mini apartment, without a kitchen. Bedroom had to queen beds, which was seperate from tĥe living room area, which had couch that pulled out to a bed, two sofa chairs, and even a desk area. Room was worth the price. Pool was SMALL, (if you are looking to do laps definitely not in this pool) was alright for my 8 year old son. At least there was a pool that he could do a little swimming. Hot tub was nice. This facility also has a beautful lobby area with sofas and lots of sitting area, tables, with barr and resturant. We did not use the restaurant or bar area. There were terrible storms on saturday, with active Thunderstorm and Tornado warnings. Called front desk to find out what should do with the tornado warning. Nothing was really recommended. Was told could come down to front desk area, do know a few rooms that are safe. Front desk person said I know we have a sheet that says what to do, I could find it if you like and call you back. I feel that there should be a plan posted somewhere just like information is posted incase of a fire. I also feel that who ever is at the frontdesk should know exactly what the hotel guests should do when a situation like this comes up. Specially with Tornado warnings and a tornado touching down miles away. All in all this was very nice hotel and would definitely recommend, and would stay at this hotel again.
