Great hotel but rooms in need of an update and the rooftop terrace is awful. We paid for the superior room to gain access to the terrace, looked at it on day one and never visited it again! The main pool area and entertainment was top notch though! Food very repetitive but nice

This hotel is in a great location & has really good staff. It’s tired but clean. Rooms really require an upgrade & in my option don’t rate 4*. The sealant round the bath was black, tiles broken & re fixed badly, mirror water damaged, furniture worn & damaged through time as they look like they’ve not attention for at least 15 years. With this said we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. Bed had good mattress & shower was good which is most important to us. Food: we were HB. There’s an AI option and because of this the food isn’t the best or worst we’ve had so we switched dinner for lunch and ate out most evenings as we don’t like busy AI restaurants where each of us take different time picking food & some have finished eating before one of us even sit down! Pool: it’s fine but very cold! very strict about kids toys. There a waist deep pool which kids can use balls & sinkers but the deeper pool this isn’t allowed. No floats allowed in any of the pools. I wish they would remove towels left unattended before 10am. I hate having to follow suit with others & have towels down by 7.30am to guarantee a sun bed for the day. Many other Spanish hotels do this & it works well. Reception tell you when you check in so no issues & those who still reserve quickly realise their towels are gone! Entertainment: pretty dire to be honest but typical of an AI hotel. A naff English woman singing, crap karaoke….we didn’t bother going any other nights 🙈🙉

Nice hotel. The staff is very friendly especially the lifeguard on the kids pool.

We have just come back from our trip to tenerife and it was fantastic. We were looking at a few hotels and we are so glad we chose this one. The location is fantastic, a few minutes away from the beach, it has a supermarket next door and we did not need to use a taxi or car to go anywhere as all the main spots such as las americas, los cristianos, adeje were all in walking distance. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and helpful. The hotel itself has a large pool for adults and kids, a nice lounge for sitting, a kids area on the ground floor, a restaurant and a buffet. The only part I would criticise are the lifts, they take forever to come down and although there are 3 lifts they are quite small so if you are on the first or second floor its much faster to just take the stairs. Overall it was a great stay, the rooms were lovely and clean, very spacious with a lovely balcony, we were worried about noise levels but did not have an issue. Cant wait to come again and stay here! Fab!

The first room we were put in was terrible the smell of sewer they tried to cover up with air fresher after 2 days of that I complained so they moved us to another room which was 100 times better!

The property is not flexible at all, they have a pest, little not far from beach

Good hotel , but no kettle n the room , and you had to be up at 730 to get a bed by the pool 😡😡

Had a family break there for a week. The hotel is well situated, great rooms and a good pool. Top marks for the housekeeping team as the hotel runs a military cleaning operation of rooms and all communal areas. We were pleased that we didn’t book all inclusive mainly because of all the local restaurants to choose from each evening. We did however eat breakfast each day in the hotel which was good value once you got over the wastage that the poor hotel must incur due to the gluttony of people stockpiling plates of food!

Friendly, enjoyeble stay, kids had discos every evening, pools clean, only damp smell in a room....

The room was noisy and they forgot to do room service one day and after asking then several times, they only brought us towels without performing the room clean-up. One night the fire alarm in the asile, false activated and made everyone woken up, after 5 min. they deactivated it. The place was good enough, close to everywhere. Stuff were friendly except the receptions!!!

Really friendly staff, clean place and quiet area but at a walking distance to all the fun activities. The hotel has a nice breakfast buffet and cocktails near the pool. They also have someone in the hotel that can sell you tickets (i.e) for the waterpark, and the free shuttelbus to the park stops right in front of the hotel. You can take bus 40 from the airport to the hotel which will only cost you around 3,70 EU one way (p.p). I would stay here again.

Great location. Friendly staff. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Wifi is terrible and very unreliable. Main pool is not heated and was freezing. Kids pool heated so adult one should be too.

We enjoyed our time in hotel best. The clean and renovated rooms are large with 2 comfortable double beds,including extras eg safes and fridges. Travelling as a couple we didn’t use most of the facilities for families but everything is there. We got a bit fed up with the loud music round the pool some days but it’s a family hotel. The food was very varied, different theme nights, so something for everyone but sometimes a bit cold. Would we go again, probably. .

Another great stay at this hotel and looking forward to staying there again in April. The new dinning room and buffet area are better than before and the hotel is really clean. Pillows very flat but didn’t ask at reception so I am sure this could’ve been resolved by me. They did not have an ironing board in the rooms or available at reception which would be a very, very small improvement.

I paid £800 for a 7 night stay, 3 tvs in the room and non worked asked receptionist about this on multiple occasions to be told an engineer would call and fix it not once did any one come, had to pay for kettle in room even though is states on website that this is avalible! Cleaners where so friendly as where snack bar workers but everyone else in hotel where rude and unhelpful! Worth telling people that you can only pay card in hotel to purchase anything! The roof top pool needs to be paid to access! Cockroaches in room and told reception about this issue and they couldn’t care less

Was a bit disapointed they said they had air conditioning but it didnt work it just made a noise and been on the sixth floor this was a problem the pool was ment to be heated but it was freezing we could not get in it and we where not allowed use the indoor pool so we are abit disapointed with it after paying 1000 euro for 10 nights

Good location and really nice swimming pool area modern sundeck up on roof but u have to have a passkey to use that.

Clean and big hotel, breakfast is awesome we enjoyed it so much. Every night the hotel held some event shows for children or so, it finished at 11pm and you can hear it clearly. If you wanna stay in calm check it.

I love this hotel, especially the dining room staff who take great care and look after you. We’ve stayed here 4 times. The only down side was the occasional smell of ‘Spanish drains’ in the bathroom first thing on a morning. They are doing building work there at the moment but didn’t spoil the holiday.

Hotel wasn’t the best but the entertainment team were second to none I’d honestly go back to see them Rodrigo and his team of 3 were second to none great fun and willing to help anytime

I liked the new a la carte restaurant and the Senator package giving access to the rooftop spa area.
