We loved our stay, and would come back and stay longer next time. We loved the views of the beautiful Tuscan countryside, and will try the oldest restaurant in Tuscany the next time we come back (it was closed this time). The owner of the B&B was very nice, and we loved visiting with his cats too😻!!!!

This was an incredible place to stay. The photos don’t give the full view of the place, but do help. The owners were very nice and polite. The room was clean. It’s about a 30 minute drive to Florence.

Simone is a fantastic host and manages this property very well. It is a very cute villa, with a nice pool and the surroundings and the view are amazing. The breakfast was a typical Italian one ( brioche with jam and cappuccino:) and Simone is happy to accommodate you with any request. Overall, a great price quality ratio and will gladly be back to this spot.

The picture perfect scenery was beautiful. The small town (walking distance) has a great restaurant (reputed to be the oldest in Italy) and the villa to which Machiavelli was exiled and wrote his famous thesis, Il Principe.

It was quiet and had lovely views but it was quite far from the road so you need a car.

We stayed for 4 nights (June/July 2019) and booked a triple occupancy room (1 double bed and 1 twin bed). We were 2 adults and 1 teenager (15 years). LOCATION: This was the best view/location of our trip. We had rented a car in Florence and got to the hotel in 30 min. We used Google maps to guide us and had no problems. The road leading to the hotel is bumpy, but the view is amazing. There was always parking available. ROOM: Our room was a good size, and quiet. But the air conditioning did make some noise a few times, which woke my husband up. It had a fridge, TV, hairdryer (wall unit), small desk and chair, wardrobe (with extra blankets) and 2 bed tables. The shower was small but not too tiny. The TV did not have any english channels working, so we listened to the France news channel instead. BREAKFAST: The view from the terrace where we could eat breakfast was breathtaking. The food was the same for the 4 mornings we were there, but it was very good. There were eggs, ham and another cold cut, cheese, fresh croissants and fresh bread, juice, plenty of fruits. The owner would prepare us the coffee we wanted (cappuccinos were very good). POOL: Very nice pool. Clean. The water was not very cold, because of the sun and it was very hot during our stay. There was some shade if needed. OTHER: The owner was very nice to us, always available. There are a few cats and bunnies. Lots of flowers. CONCLUSION : Best hotel of the trip! Our host was fantastic. We would go back anytime.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very pretty and quiet. Beautiful location overlooking the wineyards. Nice walks, nearby pretty villages. Simone made tasty breakfast and yummy cappuccino!!! He was very helpful. We got there late and hungry. He served us delicious bread and Italien salami and prosciutto! That was so kind. The only complaint it took some time to heat the room because the evenings got cold. Otherwise I highly recommend this wonderful place. Chianti is gorgeous.

Amazing Hotel near Florence. We used it as a base to explore tuscany. You need a car to get there but then a trip to Florence, Siena, Pisa etc. is quite convenient. The host Simone is very nice, he prepares a simple but tasty breakfast with an incredible view. Moreover there is a pool to relax or cool down after exploring the area.
The WiFi in our room was quite weak, so it took us some time to check the destinations for our next trips but all in all it was ok.
For restaurants I can only recommend San Casciano in Val di Pesa...its the next bigger village and offers pretty good food.

One complaint is that the wifi was very poor

The GPS location was not exact. I asked two times to find the hotel in the evening time.
But people during my the way to hotel were so kind that they explained everything they know.
But before long we found out beautiful B&B. My daughter said that would not be our hotel. but it was not true.
The rooms has three beds with one bathroom.
A little bigger size room would be better for my five family. but good to stay.
The breakfast was fantastic. The host provided warm bacon, egg omelet, special coffee and various breads and juice. The view at the hotel also fantastic.
The hotel is traditional large house in the Tuscany country side.
The only thing to improve is WiFi network in the room. We can not access WiFi in the room.

Great stay! We were here for two nights on our honeymoon and the location and staff were great. Breakfast was very good with cappuccino and an omelet along with the typical breakfast fruits, breads ect. They were very helpful and it was a very pleasant stay. We parked in their private lot for 18 euro per day with unlimited in and out.

We were thrilled when we arrived. It is a beautiful spot completely untouched by anything " touristy". It was a little hard to find but that may have been due to the GPS we were using The keepers are extremely pleasant, the breakfast was good, and there's even a very clean pool. The wifi could only be used on the terrace but it was a beautiful place to sit so it didn't bother me. I could have stayed there for hours. We were visiting Florence and it was about a twenty minute drive away. It was so nice to leave the city to return there and it served as a great location for exploring nearby vineyards as well. I would definitely return!

Lovely hotel set in beautiful countryside with great views. Simone was very pleasant and helpful, even with limited English and our non existent Italian. Perfect base to explore Florence, Pisa, Siena and the surrounding area by car. We walked to San Casciano in Val de Pesa during the day, but you have to walk on the road, so not recommended for night time, although there are some nice places to eat there. Very nice restaurant at end of track, although we did find it fairly expensive. Another place to eat is Trattoria La Baracchina which is a short drive, set in woodland and very popular with the locals. Breakfast at hotel was good and Simone was very accommodating when we needed to eat earlier than normal. All in all we had a great holiday and hopefully will return one day!

By far the best feature of this B&B is its location. The views from the terrace are breathtaking. I recommend waking up earlier and seeing the mist rising above the vineyards. The breakfast was beautiful. The swimming pool was quite large, and you could see the beautiful valleys whilst in it. The owner (Simone) recommended a local restaurant (Baracchina), which turned out to be a real delight. They serve traditional Tuscan food, and I must say I had the best dinner there whilst in Italy. Do have dinner there whilst staying at the hotel!

Simone is wonderfull and very helpful. The view of this place is something else, right in the middle of the Chianti region, right in the middle of a vineyard. The inn has breakfast included, eggs, ham, bacon, rolls, expresso drinks, cereal, natural squeezed juices. There's a restaurant about 500 yards away where they produce their own wine; WOW what a wine! you got to go.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, and is within an easy walking distance to most anywhere that tourists would go. We slept really well every night. FREE PARKING was the reason we made a reservation with this hotel and we were NOT disappointed!!

WE enjoyed our stay at this B&B in the quiet and tranquil setting. The view was absolutely stunning!
Our room was beautiful (Michael Angelo , spacious, very clean and cool.
Our room did not have a fridge or iron and when we brought it to the owners attention, we were supplied with these items in no time.
The breakfast was on the patio, a nice spread of juices, fruit, yogurts, breads and warm items (eggs, bacon and ham) and of course coffee and tea.
A charming B&B overall.
A few little pointers to add:
Upon arrival, we had to stand around for about 20 minutes before we could find someone to announce our arrival; The welcome was not very warm.
More tourist information could be supplied;
The communication in English was sometimes a little difficult.
The family who lives there, had many guests and would sometimes talk and visit till very late at night. It became a little noisy night after night.
