I enjoyed my stay i would stay again

The front desk staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was a la carte which was a disappointment. But we were able to take a cup of coffee to go in the morning.

There was no hot tub yet a hot tub was advertised The restaurant seemed to operate for a few hours a day and at odd times that were not clear I was woken up by room service with do not disturb sign on my door I was woken up by other guests with dogs running through the hall I was woken up by other guest with children, running through the hall The room was incredibly clean When I first checked in the drapes would not go down at all, and the window was stuck open There was no shampoo or soap available to me in the bathroom and the only way to get that soap and shampoo was through a dispenser. They did not have bars of soap nor did they have small containers for shampoo, not go out and buy more shampoo. They simply said we don’t have it. The cable television stopped working in the middle of the night for an hour or so when I went down to the lobby to ask the person at the desk about it they said oh yeah, that happens all the time we can’t do anything about it You could read a book I paid a larger amount for this room because I wanted the hot tub but when I got there, there was not a working hot tub. The staff told me that the hot tub had never worked or at least that it had not worked for a very long time and they had tried to update the ad, but it would not update. I think that the owner is not updating the ad purposefully so that he or she can get more money for these rooms, that should be worth much less I would like my money back for this room

The Holiday Inn did not have tissues in our room. When asked for a box they were out of tissues. The restaurant was only open at certain hours. Hours were not convenient with our activities. We are in our late 60’s they put us on the 4th floor. They had only one cart to put our luggage and misc. items on. Surprising for such a large hotel. I have not been credited for my $50.00 security deposit and we left our room very neat, everything left in our room that was in our room when we checked in on Friday. We were expecting more convenience and class being the Holiday Inn Hotel.

The Holiday Inn did not have tissues in our room. When asked for extra pillows and a box of tissues. Front desk said they were out of tissues. The restaurant was only open at certain hours. Dirty room bed never changed from the person before never clean worst experience ever for 160 dollars wouldn't stay here for free. Holiday inn should close this place. Our bed had been slept in and there was empty liquor bottles in the room movedu room smelled like dog pee.

The carpet is so dirty. The whole hotel need to be cleaned and the carpet need to be removed

My issue is with Hotels.com Using their filters, this hotel was an option for a hot tub and breakfast included. That is why I booked this hotel. When we got there, the hot tub was out of service & found out breakfast is available as an option and extra cost in the restaurant but not included in the room cost. The hotel offered everything we needed but nothing that we wanted as an upgade. Disappointed.

The room was very comfortable

Hot tub was broken, no towels at pool. Asked for towels in our room at 10, they said they were backed up none available. I had the “do not disturb” on the door and house keeping came twice. The second time they asked to look in our freezer for a prior guest. Breakfast was not open at 7am, I was told they were waiting for the server to show up. The third floor and wreaked of marijuana. The tile floors were cracked and in need of mopping.

Very comfortable but the dining room apparently was just gearing up as menu was limited and waitress was busy talking and smoking outside

I selected a handicap room when I booked because the price jumped if you didn't. The bathroom was very large but had few places to hang or sit your personal belongings. Some more hooks would be appreciated. Breakfast was not included (unusual) but they had a sit down restaurant/bar downstairs. I noticed more than one person walk out when they realized they had to pay for breakfast. The hotel could have included a coupon or voucher to offset the cost as the breakfast was no feast.

I was not happy that the pool was closed and not indicated on the website and the bar and restaurant was closed in the evening

No hot tub

Advertized a hot tub on Hotels.com, but it was closed since 2020.

I selected this property to observe the 2024 Eclipse. Although the sky was filled with light clouds, I was able to set up my gear in the parking lot, which allowed me to talk with other guests. All-in-all, a great stay.

Room was very overpriced for the conditions (couch torn and burn marks) very dirty (needs steam cleaned) looks.like dried up snot was flung on the wall of bathroom. Very undwrstaffed overworked however all employees were helpful as possible and polite. The hotel was not prepared for the capacity on this day.

The only reason we chose this hotel was it showed in your listing that this location has a hot tub. After a long day of travel we were so looking forward to the hot tub only to find out they don’t have one. Very disappointed

We booked this hotel for the hot tub and it was broken and not going to be fixed.

Advertised that they had a hot tub. We checked in and got into our bathing suits, went down to the pool area to find the hot tub boarded off with caution tape around it, Said something to the staff and she just shrugged. Room dated and not very clean, Pulled down the sheets to go to bed and found hair from the previous guest all over the sheets. Had to check out after travelling all day and just checking in to have our money refunded. Just not good. Very disappointed. Would not recommend,

It was not clean and we could hear the people above us walking around all night. The carpets and sofa were very dirty. Overall the room was not clean and had a funny smell.

The staff is friendly and the room was pretty clean. Good value for the $. I was concerned that there was a food in the room when we checked in designated for another customer. The bed was really tall, and as a shorter person I felt like I needed to get a running start and launch myself into the bed. The other complaint was the elevator and hallways wreaked of pot.

Room needs updating. Not enough usb plugs. Pool area was very dirty. Hot was covered and not being used. We specifically picked this hotel for hot tub. Very disappointed that it was closed. You need to update your website on this location.

I did not like the fact that the front desk would not add on the breakfast plan for us. Said because we did reservation on line that they could not do it!!! We went to the restaurant there for breakfast costing $20 and I did a chat with holiday inn and they said to ask front desk when we checked out for a refund and that clerk would not authorize it either!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not plan on a future stay at this location when in the area again.

Staff was extremely friendly, but the room was not very good. Wasn’t very clean, and there was still trash in the room (beer) from previous guest. Bathroom had stray hairs and the shower had low water pressure (due to the faucet no fully closing when switching from bath the shower).

The hot tub was broken, the Heated Pool was cold, the exhaust fan was broken in bathroom, dead bugs in the hallways

The staff went out of their way to make sure our needs were met despite the brawling and shooting in the hall outside of our room. Go stay with relatives and get out of Lima while you can.

Very clean and well lit property with new beds. Decent stay.
