Electrical problems at hotel. Poor air conditioning. Poor Plumbing (shower does not maintain hot or cold temperature but fluctuates).

Very silent hotel. Great breakfast

Lights are automatic and do not turn on when you come in the room. You have to call the front desk then wait. Soap is tiny. Farther than I thought from city center. It cost $50 to take a cab there today. Bed is comfortable.safe in room did not work, did not complain about anything except lights due to short time - 2 nights. Lights were not fixed

Hotel claims to be something it isn’t. No restaurant no bar. Shopping mall closes early so no food available if arriving late. Asked if we used the mini bar?? There was no mini bar. However lovely man on reception booked us into a great restaurant with return travel free of charge. Man in restaurant at breakfast rude to clients. Most people sat outside with food and drink purchased earlier from the shopping mall or via Uber eats etc. With a hotel fantastically positioned for the F1, they offered nothing for those staying for it and lost out on huge revenue.

The room we were stayed in needs a thorough cleaning. It smelled bad, the floor under the carpet was uneven and the carpet was all stained. I started to sneeze right away. It seems that the last time they cleaned this room was at least a year ago. Under the bad it was a very thick layer of dust. Horrible,should be half the price we paid.

The hotel is about 30 minutes from Duomo Milano if you use public transport but is better to use the CentroCommerciale Vucanno as the the Location only 1pm meter from the hotel and the bus stop right in front of the Mall make sure the right Exit . Because if you use the Hotel as the location you will need to walk about 1 km to the bus stop there two transfers to get you right to the Duomo do Milano

Nice hotel, goid location with access to public transportation, but the room has ants and some damages we're visible and we need to report them to reception

Located on top of a decent shopping mall with plenty of parking. Staff was not friendly, polite, or professional. Seemed inconvenienced anytime a question was asked. The entire hotel shares one iron and ironing board which is kept under lock and key and cannot be taken to the room. Breakfast was very light but good. The room was very clean. The shower was old and heat was inconsistent with the shower head being very loose and difficult to use as it kept sliding down.

Nothing else to add.

The staff, was what the hotel made 5 out of 5, friendly and helpfull. The room was quiet end the bed was perfect.

If you are traveling for business and need to work through WiFi, this is not a place. The quality of WiFi is good for social media.... However, to navigate on web browser, it takes an eternity. Rooms are ok, but needs some refreshments, specially in the bathrooms. Very good breakfast and free parking spot were our reason to choose this hotel. During the winter holiday season in the evenings, (19 Dec to January) don’t expect to find anything to drink or eat. Because bar and restaurant are closed during this period. Staff are very friendly.

I feel the front desk staff could have been friendlier, also advised us that we could have had our breakfast to go and actually ordered our cab as per my request. The gentleman in the early morning shift who I checked out with was amazing, very helpful.

Stayed for 2 nights with family (we were 3). The hotel is nice, clean, ample parking and very well located. My disappointment was that the room was for 2 and I expected something better since I specifically booked for 3. Breakfast was ok, not wow. But overall stay was ok and for 2 nights it was enough.

We had 2 nights at the hotel. and that is a bad experience. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were a male receptionist. he has an unhappy attitude. action to put your feet on the table when talking (an act of disregarding customers). We spent 40 minutes waiting to get the room. Just because he said he couldn't find our name or Information. It was ridiculous because I ordered it 2 months in advance and paid. I gave a lot of evidence (booking code + booking confirmation email). but he refused. I'm helpless and tired. It took a long time before he actually worked. he has a racist attitude (because we are Asian). the hotel is not cleaned up. Our room has lots of ants on the floor. so bad for 2 children. everything old and torn. We will not return. and only for 1 star.

Very clean, comfortable, undercover parking, quiet, excellent breakfast, opposite to shopping mall and close proximity to highway. Helpful and friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if ever in the area.

I stayed 4 nights and i will not stay anymore in this hotel. Lots of ants in our room and their solution is to spray insecticide while we were there 😱. The reception was not welcoming enough, first ever hotel who asked us to pay extra for our kids. (3 and 7 years old)

The hotel felt clean; the air-conditioning worked extremely well and the bed was one of the most comfortable Ive slept in in Europe. The major problem however was the wifi was unbelievably slow - I needed to stay in the room all day to work and this completely prevented me from accomplishing what I needed. Called the front desk several times but no improvement. Even the TV was slow - you had to wait 5-10 seconds for each channel to come up!

Great location, very clean. From hotel don't change room, it was only one bed king size. We have two adults and one child 11 years old. From hotel took miney from card 1 hours before we check-in

Nice quiet neighborhood and extremely convenient with car park.

No room service menus, smoke detector was wrapped in a plastic bag, not sure why, but this is a safety risk. No iron available in the rooms, so if you need to iron anything, you need to carry your laundry across the car park to get to the ironing room. Breakfast was ok at best. I will not be staying here again if i can help it.
