The service is of high stadard but the bathroom needs to be refurbished - peeling paint and outdated shower bath etc

It is an amazing property and the area is great. Everything is near by.

We were just spending time together and we watched movies

We didn’t alert staff to this at the time (probably should have), but the cleanliness was quite horrible. We had black feet just from walking around the apartment bare foot (I am not even exaggerating either). The bathrooms were clean but they had old mould stains that had made their way into the grout and corners of the shower & bath. The bed sheets also smelt like they had been left in the washing machine for hours after it had finished its cycle which created an unpleasant musk. Other than that- great location, spacious apartment and staff were brilliant.

The rooms are efficiency with a refrigerator, microwave, cooktop and sink as well as utensils and plates. There was a nice walk in shower. Plenty of drawer and closet space for clothes. The desk area was cramped. There were limited dining options available.

The staff is nice and I've been given both quiet room and complimentary generous upgrade to a huge 2 bedroom room. The location is not perfect but if you're there for the events in the area, this should be alright. About 10 mins walk from the dining option's and the lake

Property was easy to get to from local railway station. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was neat and clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of nice places to go out eat in very close proximity. Also close to shops (supermarket, liquor store, etc.)

My partner is disabled and the hotel provided a shower chair and paid secure car parking. The staff very courteous and pleasant. I booked for two consecutive nights but housekeeping was not fully done as the Nespresso and TimTams were not refilled the second morning, yet I paid the same tariff for both nights. Seems a bit of a promotional scam - same tariff, same housekeeping. But the property is convenient for my purposes. Would still stay again but management should look at these "incentives" better.

I DID'NT LIKE HAD TO PARK CAR ON THE STREET AROUND THE BLOCK WHEN THERE WAS EXTRA PARKS INSIDE GATE BEHIND THE BUILDING AND ROOM WAS NEXT TO NEW CONSTUCTION THEY COULD TELL U THIS WHEN BOOKING VERY LOUD

Short stay , and everything was excellent

This should be a good property. The rooms are nice enough (pretty standard modern suite) However, the window was not closing, sink wasn't holding water, the toilet seat was useless and loose and the beds were very poorly made. Indeed, on one night the bed was 'short-sheeted' by being very sloppily pulled up and tucked in. Vacuuming was not done, nor was any cleaning of the hard floors. The front desk manager fixed the window problem the next day when I reported it but the cleaners should have noticed this given the wind was blowing curtains open. Even when the toilet seat was tightened it worked loose straight away and was basically useless. The room smelled badly - presumably from the water - hard to know if that was the shower or toilet Secure Parking is quite a way off site unless the cramped looking on-site open-air spots are booked ahead. Not much fun retrieving a vehicle for an early morning flight. Certainly not recommended for female guests.

Well the room was good and the bed was comfortable and the shower was the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel - massive water pressure and for once the shower head was mounted above my head instead of at chest level. Didn’t want to get out! Temperature didn’t deviate either, another first. The one thing that disappointed me was the parking situation. After booking in advance and then driving all the way from Melbourne, I asked where I could park my car as there was no drop off area for unloading and was told that “unfortunately our car park is fully booked out for the weekend”. There is a fenced off area at the rear for hotel parking but apparently I couldn’t park there. I was told I could park a few minutes away at $12 a night or just try and find street parking nearby. Really not good enough. The street parking was heavily used over the whole weekend by the public so it wasn’t ideal. It’s also one or two hour limit on weekdays so it’s only useful on the weekend when restrictions don’t apply. At least they let us in to the rear car park to unload all our luggage.

Convenient location with lots of food options and supermarket very close by. Staff lovely. Fiddly card slot to activate power required a call to reception to work out got to turn on tv but was quickly and easily solved (push card in hard!). Very very large lounge area, huge and practical kitchen. Comfortable beds, couch and dining table. Self off street parking a bit hard with all parking close by 1hr, but we were able to unload and move further away and park for free.

Undercover parking more than 600 metres away and we over 80’s found it quite a challenge!!

Didn’t like having a room with interconnecting door. Very noisy neighbours. Not enough parking on site which is not ideal.

Had another great stay. Room very clean and tidy and staff very friendly. Only down side no car parking left on the property and had to park on the street which I did not feel overly comfortable with but had no problems.
