The hotel was clean and updated. I gave it 4 stars because the water pressure and water temp in the shower was low and cold. I wouldn’t stay here again for those reasons. But the facility was nice.

From check-in with Kevin to checkout to breakfast, every went very well. The eggs cooked to choice is a very nice option. Accommodations were very nice - had suite. Only downtick was water pressure. This could have been better but not a deal breaker. Will add to list of places to stay when in area.

Amazing staff! We arrived at 1am after a LONG drive and the front desk attendant was very friendly. The hot tub wasn’t working when we called a few hours out but they fixed it within hours. They also gave us a late check out. Room was huge and comfortable.

The front desk was… there was kind of a lack of front desk actually. It was like two mini desks and did not feel professional at all. You could see the half-eaten snacks and myriad of notes from the employees behind “the desk.” The super casual feel made me feel almost like we’re on our own, like no one’s really running the show.
Also… the toilet would NOT flush, there was a candy wrapper in the middle of the bedroom and the bar tender clearly had no experience making drinks.
On the positive, the room was clean and spacious, the people friendly and the breakfast was pretty great.

Hi i started my time off with a 3 day stay and was so impressed with the facilities cleanliness, staff, spacious rooms with a seperate living area and bedroom as well as a massive shower and not an issue in sight.

When checking in I was told that the room I booked was not available and had to downsize completely. Also, was charged a $75 incidental fee that would be returned after check out. It has been a week since the booking and I have not received that payment back.

Courteous staff, comfortable suite and bed. The ac/ heating unit was in the bedroom and the thermostat in the living area, resulting in a very cold bedroom, but there was a blanket provided. The indoor pool was nice, but the hot tub had two broken jets. Overall though, great value

They had bed bugs and didn’t tell us the staff was rude when we told them about the issue you also have to pay for breakfast. We threw all of our stuff away, so we had to go buy more because we did not want to bring the bed bugs home. What was supposed to be a fun trip turned out to be a nightmare.

Front desk gal was rude. We were checking in (with a reservation) and she yells to her co-worker that was helping us, that there is no vacancies and she just sent him a text. She then looks at me and says we are all booked. No, I am sorry or apologies. The co-worker let her know we had already reserved a room. We didn’t feel very welcome at that point. Glad it was only one night.

Beds are kind of hard but the rooms were very nice. Was thankful for the toiletries as forgot my body wash. Would stay again!

We have stayed here several times in the last year and this time was awful. Expedia added breakfast (which i didnt want), the carpet in our room was filthy with stains and who knows what else. The microwave and coffee pot were plugged in , but did not wirk. Moved the microwave to a different outlet and it wirked. But had to rearrange things to get it dine. The fridge was not level and the door would hang up on the carpet. And the phone wouldn't work unless you held it a certain way. Overall...very disappointing. Oddly enough, its usually really noisy, but this time we were at the end of the hall and it was quieter.

Overbooked and Expedia didn’t have my room. Contacted you and nobody cared. I just had to pay nearly double what I originally spent just to sleep.
No retribution, sure you refunded my stay that I didn’t get, and that was it. Nobody pretended to care no “sorry”, no “here’s a free night somewhere because we messed up. Nothing.

They overbooked the hotel, did not get in contact with us and when we showed up, they told us they were sold out and there was nothing they could do. We had a confirmation for the room and they debited my card for the first night.
They didn’t help to find another hotel, nothing. I ended up having to then pay double to find something.
Terrible experience but even worse customer service. I’ll avoid Holiday Inns moving forward.

Check in was easy, all the employees we encountered were friendly and helpful, our room was clean and the breakfasts were tasty. My only complaints were it was a packed hotel for the weekend and only one elevator worked for 6 floors and the complimentary conditioner provided in our shower was completely empty. Minor inconveniences, otherwise a very good stay!

The room smelled musty, sorta the smell of sweaty feet. Shower dial broken, had hard time turning it on. They could do better.
