Clean and comfortable- room size was very large. Bed was comfortable- staff was kind and breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast.

I would stay there again. We got the jacuzzi room. It was big in size. Yo I can fit 2 king size beds and a couch in the room. Very nice room. Only thing I would say was a downer was each night we were there someone was smoking a huge amount of weed and it was all in my room. We stayed for 2 nights and each night after 12 is when I smelled it. Of course it’s not the property fault because they are not the ones doing it. Just so happen there are people that’s feels they should do that anywhere. It’s their business. I just think they should be mindful of others. Nice breakfast and nice ladies serving it and they kept things clean.

Everyone was very nice. The breakfast was OK, the beds were very comfortable, but the room was very dusty.

The front desk was nice and helpful. Pool area was clean. Coffee maker at breakfast was broke, but a deal breaker. Room and bathroom were all clean. We came inlater in the evening and had to leave early. Breakfast was ready on time and there was a nice variety.

Customer service was fantastic, they were great with easing my anxiety with my booking/confirmation since my friends and I were coming in from out of town for Taylor Swift concert. The room was okay, beds were clean and comfortable. There were a few spots on the wall that appeared dirty, wall paper pealed back or missing. The bottom of the shower looked dirty so none of us felt comfortable using. Overall it was decent

Have stayed at this property for many years while it was owned by Best Western. Sonesta has made some small improvements, but it is virtually the same. Room was clean and comfortable, although the sofa needs to be replaced. Morning breakfast is the typical hotel variety and unimpressive. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Super thin walls, ceiling! We had people above us and both nights we were woken up multiple times. It’s was clean and comfortable, just ask for the top floor and hope you don’t have neighbors.

good hotel. nice staff. The hotel district is not quite connected to the local residential, but nothing like warehouse or light industry is near. My solo stay king bed room was with a couch living area, pretty nice. The room has a light bulb flashing, please check.

This hotel wasn't too far from the airport (10 minute drive). There were also a ton of other hotels nearby as well. It was a bit far out from the convention we attended, but the free breakfast each morning was a nice start to our day.

The noise from the fan was really disturbing. There was a panel control but it did not work for the fan. We turned off everything, hoping some silence to sleep but the fan was still active and very noisy. As I book a hotel to sleep, if I can not sleep and have a headache the next morning because of the noise, it is a major problem.

Staff was very kind, but it was very disappointing that the gun was closed and the WiFi didn’t work. Two features we needed for this stay.

The property was really nice on the outside. When you got into the room, it was muggy, the Simp was full of food, the guest phone was not working had a short in it, the bedside lamps were not operable, and the shower was dirty.

Nice hotel, we enjoyed breakfast, especially the coffee machine. The employees were kind and the lobby and eating area is nice. There were a couple things in the room such as a rusted area in the ceiling that looked like a previous leak, but it was not leaking during our stay and it did not affect us at all.

The place and staff is great except some little things, but I have to mention it, because everyday we’ve been leaving very early not even had the chance to eat there for breakfast. When one time I went to get coffee but I want to use small amount of milk but she told me not breakfast time yet otherwise I’ll buy the milk from the fridge. I don’t want to used the creams they have on the counter. It was after 5am.The prices of water varies every time we buy at the desk, depending on who’s in the counter.

The stay was underwhelming from the reception to the room. The bathroom had an odor, the tub had old corking and peeling paint was on the ceiling.
