Customer service was fantastic, they were great with easing my anxiety with my booking/confirmation since my friends and I were coming in from out of town for Taylor Swift concert. The room was okay, beds were clean and comfortable. There were a few spots on the wall that appeared dirty, wall paper pealed back or missing. The bottom of the shower looked dirty so none of us felt comfortable using. Overall it was decent

good hotel. nice staff. The hotel district is not quite connected to the local residential, but nothing like warehouse or light industry is near. My solo stay king bed room was with a couch living area, pretty nice. The room has a light bulb flashing, please check.

The noise from the fan was really disturbing. There was a panel control but it did not work for the fan. We turned off everything, hoping some silence to sleep but the fan was still active and very noisy. As I book a hotel to sleep, if I can not sleep and have a headache the next morning because of the noise, it is a major problem.

This hotel wasn't too far from the airport (10 minute drive). There were also a ton of other hotels nearby as well. It was a bit far out from the convention we attended, but the free breakfast each morning was a nice start to our day.

The property was really nice on the outside. When you got into the room, it was muggy, the Simp was full of food, the guest phone was not working had a short in it, the bedside lamps were not operable, and the shower was dirty.

Nice hotel, we enjoyed breakfast, especially the coffee machine. The employees were kind and the lobby and eating area is nice. There were a couple things in the room such as a rusted area in the ceiling that looked like a previous leak, but it was not leaking during our stay and it did not affect us at all.

The place and staff is great except some little things, but I have to mention it, because everyday we’ve been leaving very early not even had the chance to eat there for breakfast. When one time I went to get coffee but I want to use small amount of milk but she told me not breakfast time yet otherwise I’ll buy the milk from the fridge. I don’t want to used the creams they have on the counter. It was after 5am.The prices of water varies every time we buy at the desk, depending on who’s in the counter.

The stay was underwhelming from the reception to the room. The bathroom had an odor, the tub had old corking and peeling paint was on the ceiling.

We were just there to sleep and shower for an early flight. Our room was clean for the most part there was a white dusty substance on the sink spout which freaked me out. There was absolutely no hot water to shower. So we had like warm/ cold showers. Would never stay there again but the front desk lady was nice at check in.

We had our room upgraded right away with ease as we didn't want to be right on the main floor by the pool and breakfast area. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The room was very nice, clean and spacious!

Bugs and spiders in the jacuzzi , paint is pealing on the walls Half of the lights didn’t work . The fan was extremely loud on the room and the fan in the bathroom didn’t work , broken tiles around the tub and bathroom . Waste of almost $300 for one night , never going again

We had wonderful service despite our after midnight arrival. We needed 2 rooms and they were next to each other without having to request it! While the feather pillows aren’t my favorite, we slept comfortably. The shower water pressure was outstanding and the breakfast was hot with good variety. The icing on the cake was the above and beyond hospitality when we called to report that an item was left in one of our rooms. We will be staying here again!

The property is across from a good restaurant. The room we received was horrible. We were in a handicap accessible room on the 1st floor near the pool. The noise was awful and the hallway smelled awful. The door to the pool slams closed every single time it’s used and it feels like it’s right next to your room even though it’s several doors down. The shower in my room was disgustingly dirty and had someone’s hair in it. The mini fridge was off and full of black mold! It was horrible! The bathroom sink did not turn on at all and was never fixed per my request! I had to go the entire weekend using a mini bar sink with no mirror to wash my face. The only mirror was in the bathroom, so good luck sharing a room here with anyone. The room and the experience at this hotel was unacceptable. My first and last time staying at a Sonesta Essential. I have renamed it Sonesta Unessential!

My flight was cancelled and the hotel refused to refund despite the uncontrollable third party flight cancellation. Unreasonable, unconscionable, and unacceptable. Terrible service—lack of service.

Only problem elevator was not working this morning and I had to drag suitcase down the stairs . As a 70 yr old 103lb woman with arthritis and osteoporosis it was not easy .
Positives : room was clean, bed and bedding very comfortable .

Airport shuttle would be nice. Set up a wake up call that never happened. Couple of things in the room needed repair.
