Very nice hotel, but for the price there was fewer amenities than same priced or little lesser priced hotels. It felt a bit dated. Overall staff is gracious and location was great to downtown nightlife.

The guy at the bar was rude. Was first denying us service because we “weren’t staying at the hotel” although we were and then was just being very rude about the time. There would have been no problem if he just explained to us nicely
The TVs arent able to connect to a Netflix account or connect to a phone. Which made our stay quite a bummer since there is nothing good on the channels
The overall stay was good, rooms were clean just small inconveniences
They did provide a fridge for me, which i was really thankful for

Husband/son stayed here on their drive from CA to Waco. We choose this hotel every time because of the covered safe parking. Hotel is nice and have the amenities they needed. Nice staff

The truth the alarm is that it was something that affected my peace of mind during my stay and I ended up very nervous.
In addition to the fact that no one came to advice about the “false alarm,” no one provided any attention or service regarding the matter when I was experiencing the anguish.
I couldn't rest, I didn't enjoy my rest and the service was poor, so I want a refund.

Very nice hotel if you're looking for a stay-cation. Only thing I didn't like is that there is no free parking available for guests, it's an extra cost per day, so I would factor that into your budget.

The property interior is beautiful. The pool and bar area are magnificent. The room had AC but it didnt work sufficently. There are not mini fridges in the rooms but they are available on request. All around a good stay.

The Hotel Indigo is right downtown El Paso. It is on the trolley line between downtown and the university a couple miles north. Downtown El Paso is in the early stages of renovation with some new apartment buildings beginning to appear. Right now, however, there is more going on in the suburbs. The outdoor pool on the fifth floor is delightful, Front desk staff were helpful.
