I absolutely loved my stay at Secrets. It is not my first time and it will NOT be my last time. From the Jerk Pork at Barefoot Grill to the Oxtails at Blue Mounting and the ackee and saltfish for breakfast. The entertainment was also top knotch. I truly enjoyed the culture within the resort, it was present.

The room had viable Rusty and old fixtures. The telephone looked like something from 1980. The front door wood like the wood finishing was VERY old and worn down polish or wasn't ever polished. The resort roofs was falling apart. The pool water was dirty. The pool trim looked like mildew and mold. The pavement dirty. The towels were very old. The furniture in the resort was old and wore down. My bedroom had bedbugs we noticed.on the last night. The room didn't have not bar. The lobby was not welcoming very old not maintained

We had such a good trip. It felt so cared about . I've been looking forward to this trip almost all year. And it was worth every penny paid. And will seek something else with Secrets at another location sometime soon.

It was a beautiful space

This resort is phenomenal. Great service, food, amenities. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

Secrets was fabulous, food was great , service was excellent

The Good: The Resort overall looks beautiful, conveniently located right on the beach and most staff are friendly. The Bad: Room service was terrible. We used it a total of only 3 times during our 6 night stay, but not more than once in a day. Each time took more than 2 hours to receive our order. We were quoted 45-60 minutes each time, but then after waiting 2 hours without receiving any updates, we had to call to inquire about our room service order. Then still took another 20-30 minutes after the call to actually get it. The Preferred Club lounge was disappointing. It was by no means fancy/upscale like we thought it would be. It's small with a few tables, and it didn't a real bar. Just a table with bottles and ice for simple drinks. But several times no one was available to make drinks. The Preferred Club lounge's food options were very limited and often didn't seem fresh. It was nice being able to access the other resorts and a private pool, but overall being a Preferred Club member did not seem worth it. Also the Preferred Club Suites are not conveniently close to any of the main restaurants, which is a concern, especially when it was extremely hot most of the time during our stay. We stayed in a Suite with a King Bed. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were cheap. We both had back pain after the 2nd night. Also the air conditioner in the room didn't seem to cool very well. Overall is a nice place, but overpriced in my opinion for what you actually get.

From the beginning to the end the service was immaculate. As soon as we stepped foot out of the taxi the Preferred accommodations began immediately there was a bellhop who took our luggage and a butler who drove us to the preferred club for check in. While waiting on our room we were seated with a nice beach view with food and top shelf drinks including Hennessy, patron and others. During check-in, Brittany, Melissa and Miguel were excellent they hooked us up with a few gifts as well as ton of great information on Jamaican culture. We definitely recommend this property.

I liked that the property was clean, safe and fun, the staff was really nice. I did not like how long the wait was for checking in once we got to the resort, I didn't like that there was a dress code to enter certain restaurants, I didn't like that there weren't enough seating inside the restaurants and the wait times to be seated for some of the restaurants were an hour. The mosquitoes were horrible, they made it very difficult to enjoy the outdoors. The guest should be warned about the mosquitoes so that they can bring a protection spray. I've been to all inclusive resorts prior to this one and there was plenty of seating inside and outside, there were no dress codes and there was no waiting times to be seated to eat.

I had roaches in my room. No one appeared to be concern. It took hours to be moved and was then moved to a room with no AC. The front desk staff was very rude and at times ignored calls and/or resolutions to the obvious problems. The grounds were clean and beautiful.

The manager and supervisor was never avaible there was no entertainment the staff didn’t have an answer for all my question I booked a preferred package but there was nothing vip about my experience the light went out didn’t receive coupons not bottle of wine I would never book this chain of hotels ever again unacceptable

This is a wonderful place to stay if you’re looking for a relaxing care free time. Me and my man went and we loved it!! It didn’t have as much Jamaican culture as we would have liked , ( other than the super friendly staff), almost felt like staying in America but it was one for the books and we defianlty enjoyed it! ❤️

Well the mosquito was horrible, employee need to be more friendly.the only restaurant we liked was the jamaican food and the Chinese. Breakfast buffet was ok. Ac in the room needs to be more cold too hot at night.

Great stay! Access to Breathless for a fraction of the cost. The room was beautiful!The staff was informative.

All of the staff was very welcoming, and attentive. The food and party vibes were great, and the resort was not crowded at all. Errol, Lynn, Karen, Shanece, and Alanda were great! I really felt at home. Thank you for a great stay.

Upgraded to the preferred club and it was an absolute waste of money. Nothing really special about the upgrade probably would have been better off paying for a standard room. Went there for my wedding anniversary and was just disappointed overall with resort. Outdated and dirty.

My first room had bugs in it. The second room had loose bathroom fixtures, the sink was stopped up, the railing on the balcony was loose, and the bath tub was stained and dirty. The service of the employees was horrible. They did not want to change my room when i complained, and when they did change it there was no improvement. I expected more for the price i paid to stay at this hotel.
