Good and well maintained hotel, but be aware that they do not have a working table and chair in the room. Makes it very difficult to to get any office work done. They did provide a small table and chair on request, but it was very difficult for me to work.

The room was nice with a big closet but it was to hot for us so we had to open the window and the street is very noice specially the motorcycles (I think the same moto came everyday).

Nice place to stay and convenient location. Rooms are decent size too. Helpful sraff. Breakfast is great!

Hotel is in an awesome location, hotel feels new or at least newly renovated so everything is beautiful rooms are not soundproof though so you can hear everyone going up and down the halls, other people alarms going off etc Bed also felt very well slept in and dipped a little Overall good stay, would stay again purely for the location

Nice area close to shopping, food and waterfront. Friendly staff with clean facilities and rooms. I’d stay here again.

Staff wasn’t very friendly but I got what I needed. A bit noisy at night but nothing earplugs can’t handle. Shower head was broken but the room was nice and big.

Great location

I hate leaving bad reviews; travelling here from the US was a long and exhausting process. I arrived at 07:30, way ahead of check in, and didn't expect a room, but maybe a place where I could sit and have coffee. Gentlemen at the desk said coffee was part of breakfast buffet, that I needed to wait until I was checked in for the next day. Really? I couldn't have coffee even though I was booked here two nights? Wow. I got checked in at 1, which was fine, but the room was uncomfortably warm. I found the thermostat and turned the heat to cool. Tried to nap (up all night traveling here), but it was too warm. And, I heard people talking like they were in my room. They were in an adjacent room - talking in normal voices - no sound barrier at all! I turn the air to the coldest setting and left, returned a couple of hours later and the room was hot. I called the front desk and was told no air conditioning and to open a window. Loud construction and traffic - and the neighbors talking = no sleep again.

The hotel is conveniently located in downtown, close to restaurants, and travel agent offices for booking tours. Had a great stay with our family of 4 here. The have super breakfast at the hotel, and is walkable to several shops and restaurants.

I really enjoyed my stay. Once the taxi driver drops me I realised it was the perfect localisation in Ushaia. As soon as I open the door I was welcomed by Edgar who took times to help me booked my excursions for my trip. The rooms are minimalist but perfect in size and tidy. You don’t go to ushaia to stay in the room..:) restaurant, and lobby is very welcoming with a nice view on the piers. The spa is very nice and super useful after days at sea or hiking. The woman managing the spa is really nice. Finally there was a cleaner who I did not get the name but despite not being his role was always smiling and welcoming. Every time I was going out of my room or to the restaurant or spa he was there, working hard and greeting me. Just little details like that make me happy when I stay somewhere..:) overall I really liked this hotel, the people and localisation in Ushaia

Excellent location and tidiness.

I was in a room over the trash yard with a paper thin connecting door to another room. It was bare bones , loud and when I checked out all they cared about was if I took anything from the minibar, which I didn't, and also had no pricing or instructions about if it costs or the water was free, there were no water glasses...

The hotel advertises that it has air conditioner, but it did not have one operating. The room was a sauna. We opened the window everyday but there was a lot of street noise and our room had a view of trucks, construction and garbage. It is also categorized as a four star hotel, but I felt like I was in a two star hotel at best. There’s no tissue papers, no garbage can in the room and they had the cheapest and thinnest toilet paper I’ve ever seen. The body washer dispenser wasn’t working. The towels were old and in horrible condition. The bed was very uncomfortable and combined with the heat it was difficult to get a good night!s sleep. Really the only positive about this hotel is its convenient location.

Located in the a convenient place close to the cruise ship dock, and it has it own restaurant/bar.

The location of this property was amazing. You could walk to almost all of the restaurants and shops. The walls were thin between rooms. It was easy to tell what people were watching in the two rooms connected to us.

Overall it was a nice hotel. Good breakfast, friendly staff, nice facilities.
