Very nice place to stay, staff was very friendly and eager to help with anything you might want or need. Breakfast was outstanding along with the staff serving it. Underground parking at no extra cost very very convenient. Will be back here next time through.

Been here before very nice, breakfast was good eggs hash brown and bacon and other continental breakfast items. No microwave, blacout curtains didn't overlap

Easy on/off highway. Late night food options in the area limited and closed early, 10pm.
Wear and tear on the carpets and halls, needs a renovation, dated decor.
But the staff was fabulous and friendly. Bed was comfortable. And complimentary breakfast was nice with multiple options.

Such a friendly hotel ! Room was very large, comfortable and quiet and underground car parking so handy and safe. Complimentary breakfast welcomed and free tea/coffee all day . It was just an overnight stop on the way to PEI but excellent value. Would stay again. The breakfast servers were great and very friendly :)

The property is located on a noisy road so request a room on the quiet side. It is not walkable to the downtown eateries and nightlife so you need a car if you are staying here. The staff all display the heartfelt eastern Canada hospitality that you want when you come here. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable

This was a great place to stay while visiting St. John. Close to downtown, easy highway access. Very clean outdoors clean and attractively decorated in common areas and room. Staff were excellent and made the hotel better than its rating. Beds so comfortable lots of pillows. Very clean. Breakfast was great and the 24hr coffee station was appreciated.

We had a double queen room. It was very spacious and looked as if it had recently been renovated. The bathroom was beautiful and spotless. My cons were that the rooms really needed a microwave and a Keurig coffee machine. The espresso machine and safe were nice touches, but a microwave and Keurig coffee machine would have been more used. There was an easy chair in the room but it was SO hard that a person couldn't sit on it for long. You might want to rethink that. The hot breakfast was lovely and the kitchen staff were great but on the Sunday that we were here the eating area was so crowded that we gave up and ate in the lobby.

Beautiful building, gorgeous room, super clean, very comfortable bed, huge bathroom, wonderful breakfast options, friendly and helpful staff. Everything was wonderful about this property. I also loved that there was a great park very close with trails and deer, (Rockwood Park), definitely check it out. Highly recommend this property!

This hotel was so awesome to stay at. The three nice young men working September 5-6 evening shift were so amazing.They went above and beyond to help me out. All the staff were very nice and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean and the tub is to die for …..so nice. Breakfast was a very nice surprise they had so much it was a great start to the day. I would definitely stay here again. Anyone going to St. John should stay here!!!!! 15 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

We were on town for a few days to attend a family funeral. The staff were amazing and made us feel so welcome. The room was spotless. The king bed was excellent. The complementary breakfast along with espresso coffee/latte/cappuccino is the best we have ever had in all the years we have travelled. The bar has been set very high by this hotel. Thank-you and we look forward to returning one day
