A bungalow hotel with a private, garden-like layout. Room condition is so-so for the price. Cockroaches in one of the booked bungalows, on several occasions during a one week stay. Some kind of small ants crawling around the kitchen counter – whatever the cause, this is something to consider when choosing a place to stay.
Overall, a 2-3 star establishment.

The villa room (jacuzzi) was fantastic. However, the food options were somewhat lacking. Considering the early morning check-out, I would like to suggest that breakfast start a little earlier (or introduce a continental style).

Overall enjoyed our stay at HD Parque Cristobal.
Food quality and choice of options for breakfast was very good, and the main adult pool likewise was nice, clean and warm.
Downside was our apartment was a little tired, bedrooms were ok, however sofa was ripped and bathroom needed some care and attention .
Property advertises that car parking is available this is misleading, as they do not offer their own you have to take your chances with street parking, which whilst there in August 2023, didn't offer many parking spaces.
Wouldn't say the staff are the most friendly, but overall ok.

The quality of the hotel itself was surpassed only by the staff . They were all superb and couldn’t do enough. I loved the ground floor bungalows as opposed the the ghastly tower block I stayed in last time . Only thing that might put some off is that it’s a very family oriented hotel , hence lots of noisy little ones by the pool . If that would annoy you , maybe not for you

It's over priced. My friend booked another 4 star hotel nearby. Much better children facilities, and overall. The best thing about the hotel is it's on the main street. Not coming back.

Our stay at this hotel was great. I loved the tidying up of the rooms almost every day. They even did the dishes!! Loved it. The staff was lovely and nice. Only thing I didn´t like was the food. We did not have all inclusive, just bought one lunch and i never did that again, specially for the price i paid. But, there is a fridge in the apartment and a stove so we always had lunch in there and went out to dinner in the evenings. It was a great stay!!! We loved that the apartments were on the ground floor. Very cozy. We would like to come back again.

Really enjoyed the visit. Had a one bedroom apartment. Was cleaned daily and was spotless. Giant TV ( certainly compared with the one I have at home ). 2 pools which were at a nice temperature. Didn't use the on site bar or restaurant. Lots of nice places to go look locally. 5 or 6 mins walk from the sea.

Hotel was really nice. Felt very safe (covid 19). Maid service excellent. Beds were really comfortable, fantastic location. Rooms modern and had everything you would need. Would defo recommend and would return.

I would recommend this hotel for families with kids up to 10 years old, or people with disability. My teenagers did not enjoy it as much as younger ones would have, as there was no teen hangout spot at the hotel but there were plenty of facilities for young kids. Also note that most people take the full board meal plan. We only took half board because we wanted to explore Tenerife and its various restaurants. The down side was that, while we could eat everything that we wanted at breakfast and dinner, we were not allowed any drinks (even water) at dinner. The food was ok but not exceptional and there were very few vegetarian choices (most salads had meat or seafood in them). I would recommend adding chickpeas or other legumes on the side. We had a good week but will likely not go back.

Nice bungalows and staff. Excellent food. One minor quibble- we are repeat visitors so we know what the place is like. There used to be a facility on the TV to change the language, but this has been shut down, hence only one channel out of 40 that was in my language. Mentioned this to reception, and they tried but failed to rectify. The facility should be available.

I was given a larger property than expected which was great, however the doors were dirty as splashed with something and never properly cleaned, floors had stains and were cleaned on the second day, the bathroom tub was very old and could see it eroding, curtains missing from windows. Thankfully I was in the island for a family emergency and not for a holidays otherwise the position of the apartment would have been dreadful as on the back with no real space for sun bathing outside and because is so close to the street, the noise from the bars goes on till early hours in the morning.

Lovely place to stay , staff are lovely , nothing is too much trouble, you feel safe and the rooms are clean . The dining area has lots of options to suit everyone and the food is very nice .
They were maintaining as we left the white walls which had flaked a bit but apart from that and the bacon at breakfast I would definitely go back and recommend to a friend 8/10

Bungalows great location nearby the beach 2 minute walk, small walking distances to great pubs and entertainment venues. Bungalows very clean and staff really friendly. Site quiet at night so good nights sleep.

We opted for self catering holiday @ Cristobal apartments.We had a good clean well maintained bungalow.Would maybe consider half board option next time,we like to do our own thing though.Our only complaint would be our apartment needed a decent cooker and not just a microwave. Other than that well equipped kitchen. Would like to thank staff in reception for helping us locate our suitcase which arrived 4 days after we arrived, They were so helpful. Cristobal apartments was a good holiday for our family.

From arriving at the Reception of the Hotel to our leaving was excellent. The staff were every helpful and courteous, the bungalows were in an excellent condition and very central to shops, bars, eating areas and most important the beaches. We are unable to make a comment on the restaurant on site because we where self-catering. The 2 pool areas were excellent and well kept. The washing machines and drier came in very handy. Overall my husband and I would highly recommend this complex to all, couples & families.
