Everything was fine, check-in was great. Today, at checkout, I had a 7am flight, I went to the front at 5am to check out. The young man at the desk did not even acknowledge my presence, never looked up from his computer screen. My Uber was approaching so I left the key at the desk and left...a sad ending to a very nice hotel stay. That young man needs more training or should consider a different line of work if he has no concept of how to treat a customer.

There was noise from the room above as if someone was moving furniture. It started around 8 a.m. I called reception, and they said there wasn't any construction and they would check the noise source. It stopped for a few minutes, and then it continued. This was the last leg of our Peru trip, and we really were looking forward to resting.

It took 20 minutes for the csr to resolve the previous customer’s check in. In the meantime, the other csr checked in 2 other customers who were there after me!
May I suggest having just one line and the front desk asks the “next person in line step forward”.
The entire process took half an hour!!

The hotel is a 3 minute walk from the sea front and the Larcomar shopping centre, with lots of options to eat. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the room and single beds were quite small. I had previously stayed in the old town so it was nice to see a different district of Lima.
I would happily stay here again.

There were many shops on the way to the Kennedy Park. And also it takes 3-5min to the shopping center near the sea cliff.

This property is excellent in every way. I had the best stay. However, my only drawbacks is that the door key card kept malfunctioning and would not open the door, and that there where no face towels in the bathroom, only body shower towes.

You have a great location convenient to all, but the rooms
were not clean.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast although the choices are limited. Only provided the bath towels, no face or hand towels. The bed sheets make so much noises and the walls between rooms are extremely thin that we feel they are in our room.
