A great location to the Les Arcs ski area. This was my first time in 1800 despite having stayed all over the ski resort. It provided quick access to all areas. Les Arcs - Aguila Rouge, Vanoise Express and Belle Palgne - Bellcotte Bubble to the Glacier

Simple things, nice areas to sit, easy to get out of, good boot room, next to a hire shop, nice spa (worth the extra money) for sore legs. Places for kids to play and explore and have fun. Well located to play areas, snow, shops and bars. ( The later being of more interest) Lastly, a fantastic building design for access to your room from reception!

no shower curtain or shower head holder so floor got soaked. The buffet wasn’t very well organised so unless you got there when it opened it was very hit & miss BUT if you did it was actually really good.

The facilities were great and staff so friendly.

The rooms were dated.

Everything was on site (accommodation, ski hire, ski stowage, a choice of restaurants) or close at hand (lift passes, ski lifts, ski schools).

It’s very difficult to find contact details (email or phone number) through the website. The staff are very helpful in person or on the phone but are very slow to respond to emails.
