Really pleased with cleanliness and attitude of staff which was very polite and helpful. Great price and exceeded my expectations for value. Great maid service, cleaning lady did awesome job thoroughly cleaning rooms. Even bed sheets and cover replaced daily which impressed me the most. All soap and toiletries, water also replaced daily regardless if used or not. Owner keeps up on all maintenance and obviously take pride in what they do. Excellent location with everything you need nearby right outside your door. Not a 5-star hotel but I was still satisfied with everything just the same. The younger girl at check-in professional and polite, being very patient with me when I requested to look at two or three other rooms at first, but the first room we were given was the one I ended up picking because it had bigger bed. Great flat screen TV with HDMI connection so I could plug my laptop to it and watch Netflix. Everything shown on Hotels.com was exactly as described, and good reviews all true, nothing fake or deceiving here at Siam Guest House. Pictures of room on Hotel.com website all real and accurate, nothing photo-shopped like some hotels try and pull off. So happy we stayed here at this property four days total. Usually I move around to different hotels but this one turned out to be a hidden gem and as they won me over. Made my wife very happy i brought her here and defiantly would recommend to anyone looking for a less expensive place to stay but good in almost every way.

Great location, center of all the action. Place is excellent value for money. Definitely recommend for budget travelers.

Quiet at night

Clean, quiet and very friendly. I have stayed here many times.

I chose this property because of the location. But I like that it was quiet during the Songkran celebration. Very private as well. I was happy that I could get a ground floor room. The staff is so nice and professional.

Enjoyed my visit here. Place was clean and service excellent. Good guesthouse hotel for first time spending night in Pattaya

Friendly helpful staff. Spacious room with well sized fridge, very clean. Bed was comfortable. Grocery store within a 5 min walk. Many restaurants nearby. The room is not sound proofed. It wasn't noisy but I think that will depend more on the other guests. Blackout curtains would be nice.

It is cheap and cheerful. A little basic in some areas but overall good. I have stayed there a few times.

the staff is the best ever and it is perfectly located in the center of all the action. Its also close to the beach. There really isn't much I don't like about the Siam Guest House i have stayed here several times and I will definitely be going back.

I like this place and everything around. Two things are I did not like this stay is that cleaning lady entered the room even after you hand the sign on the door from outside "do not disturb" and very weak water pressure in the shower.

Centrally located and 1 block from the beach. Always satisfied with the staff and the cleanliness. Remember this not a 5 star property. If you go in knowing that, you will be pleasantly surprised. Wouldn't say its a family hotel but great for the lone traveler

Nice budget hotel main centre and hotel also very clean

Hard to locate at first, but after a day everything ok. Sheets & Towels changed everyday. Close to the Beach & Shops. My First trip so can't really compare with other Hotels & Guest Houses. On the whole I found it good value for money, would use it again.

They advertise this as a clean place to stay. Agreed, it was clean. Here is the rest of the story...the bed felt like a plywood board covered with a sheet. The tv was unplugged and the outlet covered with tape, so I have no idea if it even worked. The refrigerator was unplugged and water beneath it, creating a potential shock hazard upon plugging it in. There was constant noise outside my door from hotel staff doing some kind of maintenance or housekeeping. The bathroom was very all with a shower that would wet down the entire bathroom...no shower curtain of any kind. No breakfast service of any kind with this hotel. Desk staff was always pleasant. The price is right but I ended up going to ChangThong hotel on Soi Diana for $3 per night more and a much nicer hotel.

Good clean, and friendly great location everything you need

Great location and value for money. good air conditioner and fan. poor showers with little pressure weird shower head. Wireless internet was excellent. There was a problem with mosquitos and the odd bug around the shower.

For the same price i stayed in much more better hotels in pattaya/jomtien before, the staff and manager are unfriendly, rooms are not clean+ the standard of them is very poor. Just don't go there, pick any hotel in Jomtien for the same price and you won't regret it.
