Great location- excellent breakfast- clean rooms

Lovely place to be and so close to all the town shops and stores.I highly would go there again.

Very good breakfast included with the room. Having a restaurant in the hotel was convenient as well. They let us store our luggage with them so we could explore the city before and after our cruise which was very helpful. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was very nice and held our luggage and help get our laundry quickly. The staff is really super. There are no elevators and we were down several small flights of stairs to get to our room. The rooms and all the furniture throughout the hotels are very updated. The sofas in the lobby are visibly lumpy. The breakfast which is included is mostly day-old pastries and cookies.

Location is good but cant say the same thing for rooms. Very old fashioned. Our room was not located to the main street and it was impossible to open the windows since it was opened to the inner well. Smell from the kitchen was felt in the room. However, staff is very pleasant and helped us for many things that we faced during the stay. One more thing, room prices are extremely different in the reception than the prices on internet.

Arrived early in the morning after disembarking from Antarctica Expedition ship and was offered cold glass of water and early check-in! Cap Polonio location is excellent for enjoying Ushuaia activities. Room was great, overlooking lively Av. San Martin.

We stayed here for three nights while exploring Ushuaia. It's a nice simple hotel well located in the middle of town. The room was very large and clean. I'd definitely stay here again.

The room was perfect for me, the wifi was great, the water was hot, the room was comfortable and clean.

The conditions of the hotel is terrible. And you can hear everything happends around your room. During night time they swith on something which Sounds as Huge washing or laungry mashine, its sound not the one helps you to relax and sleep. Staff try to be pleasant but when they say you must change the room becouse they provide you not that one they have to, it makes you nervous. We had tight scedule and there was no time to change with pucking and unpucking our luggage.

We found the reception staff very helpful as well as those working in the Eatery. We greatly appreciated the convenience of being able to use the downstairs lounge throughout the day whilst we so uncertain of our travel plans due to the airline strike. Also appreciated the fact that someone on staff had an understanding of English.

Exelent location on the main av. Good cafeteria with a lot of snacks. Staff very nice . Hotel need a overhaul. Room door doesnt lock. Fixed. Security box didnt work. Never fixed. Cars with music noice Staff do a very helpfull job I would came back anyway

This is a very average hotel whose main plus point is its location in the centre of the Main Street in Ushuaia (also a negative, due to the noise volume outside). Reception staff not overly helpful, but not rude, breakfast average, room quite basic, although clean and as my room overlooked the Main Street, the fact that the actual window was such rubbish quality (you could see through gaps to the outside), the regular loud noise was more than just a minor inconvenience. Ushuaia seems to suffer from a plague of ‘boy racers’ all through the night, with loud exhausts and huge music systems, so gaps in the window meant that these, plus endless groups of loud drunks shouting and bawling, lent to very little sleep.

The hotel is centrally located and has well-equipped rooms. I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Cap Polonio and would stay again if I make it to Ushuaia again!

Very strict about check in and out. Lame breakfast. Rooms and common areas are very worn.

Room too small. Bathroom too small you can't seat properly on the toilette. Small bad the whole room. Water not coming clear from the tub. Paint is coming off from the tiles. The only excellent thing is the locations. Towels are so used. Disgusting.

Extremely warm Welcome. Front Desk people are very polite, well informed and helpful. The rooms are reasonably priced, well maintained property, good breakfast, the WiFi works well.Definitely Ill come back and Ill stay longer in Cap Polonio!Thank you, friends!Bulgaria

Stayed one night awaiting the Australis cruise - perfect for such a stay. Good location: walk to the pier as well as all other attractions/shops in town. Good breakfast.

Very friendly staff and awesome location. The bathroom may be a bit redecorated but it was very clean. Definitely a place that I would recommend

You'll want this hotel for the location. It's right in the middle of the main street in Ushuaia. Our room wasn't anything special, but it came with two single beds as well as queen, so the space was above average and would be good for a family.
