We had a nice stay. The apartments has a really good location on the beach in Platanias. The apartment was big, and comfortable. The location of our room could have been better as it was on groundfloor with some noise at night and the garbagetruck came right outside our apartment early in the mornings.
There are not enough sundeds by the pool, and sad that we then had to pay 4 Euro for the sunbeds at the beach. The price for sunbeds at the pool and beach should be the same.

We were two adults and three teenagers at Indigo Mare for 10 days. Perfect location at the beach which has free sunbeds if you just buy a coffe or anything from the restaurant. There is a pool just behind the beach. It is about 150 metres from the hotel to the mainstreet with all you need of shops and restaurants. There is also minigolf and minigokart in the mainstreet.
The rooms where as expected. Clean and simple. The beds where nice and the terraces spacious. Wifi access everywhere, even at the beach.
We had breakfast and it was a thypical greek breakfast. It was nice and we enjoyed it.
All the staff was really nice and helpful.
We will absolutely come back.

Breakfast was good, not many sunbeds around the pool area, rooms were nice however air-conditioning was old and didnt work properly and electricity in the room wasnt great as some of our electricals didnt charge im the plugs in the room.

Great place to stay, nice swimming pool, front restaurant nice with a great view, Continental breakfast with great choice. Staff behind the bar very helpful!
Dinner food could be better and cocktails and drinks need to be improved. Prices are very reasonable.
A lot of nice bars and restaurants around!
The only not good memory from our stay was check in and check out ( not too kind and not helpful)

Very, very good. From check in to rooms, staff, pool and beachfront. The restaurant (nice menu) and bar are great too. Staff very friendly and so relaxed, 1000% holiday. The pictures are just the way it is. We go back to the beach now and have a swim in the ocean. THANKS for the great time we have here.

We so loved our short stay at the Indigo Mare. Very helpful reception staff. Location is absolutely fantastic, with a choice of bars and restaurants in both Platanias and nearby Agia Marina.
Rooms are spotlessly clean.
Breakfast is extensive
Great for families and couples..
Views are breathtaking.

Great location just next to the beach. The breakfast buffet has good variety. The bedroom is refurbished and nice but the living room is a bit old and ind need of renewal.

Great pleasure to be in Indigo Mare hotel! The apartment is big with a balcony and is equipped with fridge and small kitchen. The personnel in the hotel are very nice and you always will welcome there. Thanks again for a great stay!

A very good beach hotel, hidden away down a side street. Difficult to find but easy to enjoy.
Roxani welcomed us and the staff were very helpful.

The Hotel is excellent the service is great and comforting the breakfast is great but I would stay away from the evening buffet as it is rather dissatisfying. Besides that the location and hotel are fantastic the breakfast buffet is great. The unit are super clean spacious and are nothing like your regular hotel room they are real apartments two rooms and have a cooking niche with closets and everything a real apartment have.

Great hotel! Clean, polite staff! Great bar and food by the pool! Right up the block from everything you need in a busy platania area! The only bad thing was the beach! It was wavy,deep and rocky. Other then that absolutely amazing from check in to checkout

This hotel is very well kept and situated in Platanias near the strip. The grounds are clean, the service is excellent looking and the food is very good.

Our stay was just amazing! The hotel itself was beautiful and in a great location. The food was delicious and beyond everything else, the staff was exceptional. I would definitely come back again and also not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for a great stay!

We arrived at 10pm we were booked in with ease and taken to our room by the reception staff, breakfast was hot, plentiful and of great selection. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Nothing w,as too much trouble for them at all. I would definitely recommend to others

Decent hotel for the value of the money. There was only one AC in the apartment which was not enough to cover the room. Also, the sewer in the bathroom smelled bad and had to cover it with one of the towels. Change of towels every 2 days.

Great little spot in Chania. I thought the pictures of the site here weren't overly impressive, but the room itself and the property overall were very nice. Nice location near central Chania

This is an OK hotel in a good location. Breakfast was included, which was a bonus. However, there are hardly any sun loungers by the pool area and you have to pay 5 EUR per day for sun loungers on the beach, even though the beach belongs to the hotel! The wifi is painfully slow (but it's free). The lady in the reception is not very helpful. We asked if we could possibly have some new towels one day and she simply said no. They are only changed every second day. If you're staying on the ground floor you may be woken up by noise from the people in the flat above.

From the minute we walked into the hotel we felt as if we were at home. Staff were so very helpful at all times, the room cleaning staff always had a smile and the restaurant food was delicious.
The swimming pool overlooked the sea and was a decent size. We would highly recommend this for location in Platanias, and we are very likely to return in the future.
Thank you to all who made our stay very pleasant.

Booked May 9 – May 14. The Indigo Mare far surpassed my expectations. Gracious service, clean, absolutely the best in location – right on beach, short bus ride to Chania, and just off main road in Platanias which was quiet but near all the restaurants, cafés, etc. Would book again definitely.

This is a very nice hotel with an excellent quality/price ratio. The pool and the restaurant are just on the beach and the whole building looks like an old borough. Lovely!
