The room was incredibly comfortable, and the reception team genuinely cared about our comfort, even giving us a courtesy call shortly after check-in to ensure everything was perfect. The views of the airport were breathtaking, especially during breakfast on the 5th floor – a truly unique experience. I can't wait to return! I booked 1 double bed since i was coming with my partner only to be given 2 single beds. Was told this was available or am free to cancel. How rude!
Requested takeaway breakfast staff did not have it ready at checkout unfortunately i forgot it. They did not make an effort to hand it to us or at least remind.

Close to some shops and easy access to southend beach
It even had a iron and a table for it which was great.

It would have been lovely to have some herbal tea as a option. There was black tea and coffee. Just a reminder that a increasing number of guests my prefer a camomile, lemon or green tea after a long journey.
I felt safe in the hotel and the area which as a parent it’s always a priority when booking a hotel.

It was a good stay, albeit only for 1 night. There was no sound from planes and air-con was a bonus. Very clean and comfortable beds.

Good service. Took dietary requirements seriously at breakfast (Gluten). Although amount of hot food that was available for gluten free guests could be increased. Clean rooms with comfortable bed and pillow options. Only small issue was that we could hear the music playing in the function room late into Friday and Saturday night.

Stayed a few times before. The room was not ready when we arrived at 4pm and had to wait for a room to be cleaned. Room was left with sofa bed made even though there was just myself and my wife. I have noticed that the hotel is being used by homeless people, which I have no issue with, but they were at breakfast in their pyjamas!!!. We pay over £150 for a night with breakfast, and don’t expect to sit with families in their bed clothes in the morning. Must be a dress code. It is a shame as we meet up with a few couples regularly and we may need to find an alternative hotel.

Fire alarm was set off but was a broken water pipe wich then turned my Bath water a brown colour we paid to stay for two days but left after one day waste of money to be honest and was for my birthday
