The hotel is within a short walk from the bus station and the town center. However, a good pair of shoes are needed, as also in the town.

Enjoyed our stay. Location was ideal, very easy and short walk to Fira. Staff were excellent - very helpful in organising day cruise and hire car. Pool area very nice. Room fine, bathroom a bit basic, but overall a good choice.

Everything was perfect except for the fact it was on a very busy main road. Good location for the town and plenty of parking. Really good breakfast and staff very helpful.

Hotel full of flies in the whole facility, including rooms and breakfast area. They provided only one bottle of water for the whole stayed, if you ask for an additional bottle they will charge you. Breakfast cheap, if you ask for eggs, extra, no towels were aloud out of the pool area. I reserved pay at the property and the charged me the day before one night. I would not recommend you this hotel for the price. Price were low and they didn’t wanted to matched with the current price.

Lovely place, near main area, supermarket nearby, lovely staff, everything clean, room ok, a bit basic, pool good, breakfast ok, coffee weak 😀 drinks and food available at pool which was nice.

2 night stay in Fira and we were very pleased with the Philippion. The room was clean and our balcony was private. The grounds were lovely. We didn’t use the pool but sat near it for breakfast. Location was a quick 5 min walk to all the restaurants and shops. They arranged ferry transfer and our driver felt more like a personal tour guide. Would definitely recommend for all travel purposes. Enjoy!!

This property is a short walk from town. It’s quiet and rooms are big. The breakfast was good! The only things we didn’t like were the beds were not that comfortable and the pool is unheated. But I think most hotels do not heat their pools.

The room was great and very clean. The property as a whole was in pristine shape and very well manicured. Breakfast was a nice way of finishing our stay. The only negative was the room was described as having a balcony with the volcano view. We had the volcano view, but on the first floor, you kind of felt like you were sitting in the parking lot instead of having a somewhat private balcony. Everything else was great and definitely recommend staying there!

We arrived late, around midnight, but unfortunately, we were told there was no hot water. It got fixed in the morning. In addition, we felt it was smelly in the bathroom, so we bought breach and cleaning spray to clean it ourselves. We didn’t notify the hotel, as I thought we might be picky. Other than those, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

The hotel is walking distance from Fira town center. The hotel room and outside surrounding areas are clean. The staff was wonderful. I would stay at this hotel again.

We stayed a total of 5 nights in room 103. This was our first family trip so I was very worried about baby different things including the safety of my newborn twin babies. However, I am quickly learnt that there was nothing to worry about! All staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the 2 lovely cleaning ladies really went out their way to help us - every day our rooms were spotless and bathroom was cleaned too. I couldn't help but apologise to them every day for the mess but they just told us to enjoy our holiday because back in UK u have to clean hahaha honestly cannot stress enough how nice this place is. There is wi-fi everywhere, the pool was always clean, breakfast had fresh food including the best Greek yoghurt I have ever had... Everything was above excellence. Location wise, it's a nice 10 mins walk from town center.
