Room was ideal. Location superb. And staff delightful.

This is our go to place to stay whenever we are flying from Pearson. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. The food on the restaurant is wonderful especially the wood fired pizza. The location is so ideal. We can walk to the airport and parking is available for our entire vacation.

Great as alway to stay at the ALT Hotel when flying the next morning. Other than the Sheriton that is in the terminal, this is the very best place to stay. Now, if it only had a restaurant or was close to one….

This hotel’s excellent location makes it a good choice for anyone traveling through Pearson Airport. Just a short walk from Viscount Station, it offers a restaurant and a grab n go bar for lighter items. Staff were courteous and efficient and I loved my corner room with its large windows. Rooms are small but very well-appointed.

Great hotel. Room was just a bed and a bathroom, but it was clean and modern. The restaurant downstairs had a wonderful selection of good and drinks. Hotel is conveniently located at the airport and hopping the train to the terminal was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel itself is good, but for 250 a night, they dont offer free breakfast or have a shuttle service, while hotels that charge 150 a night have both.

It has been a while since I stayed at the Alt by Pearson. It is great they have opened up a restaurant with a bar. I had a pizza one evening and an omelet one morning. Both were excellent. Good addition.

I booked my stay on Expedia about a week in advance, and paid for the stay at that time. I arrived around 10:30 after a long day of travelling. The day before, my wallet had been stolen. When I arrived at the front desk, I was asked if I had a credit card on which a damage deposit could be put. I explained I did not have a credit card, as my wallet had been stolen. I got offered options that the person behind the counter really thought I ought to be able to do. Di I have a debit card? No, my entire wallet had been stolen, not just the pouch the credit card was in. Did I have Apple Pay? Could I make a deposit payment with my phone? This felt really patronizing and insulting. I pointed out that I had already paid for the room, and asked if I might be able to stay in the room that I paid for. She said that it was against policy for the hotel to honour the agreement it had already made with me until they had got a damage deposit. I said that I found fault with that policy. I then offered to leave my passport or some of the (relative) valuables within my luggage as a damage deposit. No, and no, and (implied) what was wrong with me for not having my credit card linked to my phone? I asked if it was possible to get my money back, so I could stay at a hotel that was willing to accept my money in exchange for a room. She said this was impossible, as Expedia had collected the money, so if I wanted a refund I had to take it up with them. Eventually, I was able to contact a fri

This was third stay at Alt Hotel YYZ. The hotel’s convenience to the airport is its best feature. Front desk staff seemed like they couldn’t care less about their job. Hotel room was dusty, as if not stayed in for a long time. Considering the price point of this hotel, they could do better (and have done better).

Average hotel with average staff but with excellent cleaning.

Love the Alt hotel. So convenient to get to the airport just jump on the tram. Parking is connected as well. Room is clean quiet and comfortable. A great stay at the airport.
