Clean, friendly, relaxing environment that is right in the middle of pigeon forge TN!!

We always enjoy our stay we have stayed at this hotel 3 times in last 4 years always clean and comfortable staff is always helpful and polite

Everything was good about our stay except one major problem. Housekeeping must not have rinsed out the cleaning product from the tub. My husband stepped in the tub, slipped and fell out. Luckily he just ended up with a few bruises but this could’ve ended very badly. A guest could get critically injured! I tried to tell the front desk about the issue but they all seemed too busy to speak to me. I am not one to ever complain but this needed to be addressed for the future.

This was a very nice place, but we encountered problems from early on——no shampoo, no shower water, needed the maintenance man for the toilet, and the hair dryer was a bit of a problem for the wife.

Great stay. Easy check in the out. Clean room with comfortable beds although the pullout couch was very squeaky. Friendly and very helpful service.

Hotel was awesome in accommodating our 2 fur babies. Breakfast was a mad house but it was ok. Hotel was clean, staff were super friendly. Area right outside the door was designated smoking which was gross to walk through if you need to walk your pup or go out to your vehicle. All in all we would probably stay there again.

We had such a disappointing experience. The staff is rude to people. Breakfast is awful and again attitude from the ones working. The facility is fine but with everything else we will not be back.

Location is great, in the middle of the parkway. Good free breakfast, nice pool area. No room service… room were a little tired.

After a long day at Dollywood it was so nice to check into the room at Hampton Inn. Clean, well appointed, wonderful breakfast - it was a pleasure.

The knob for the shower was very loose, making it hard to turn the water on and control the temperature. It was very clean, the shower was just broken.

Nice place to stay. We’ve been here a couple times and ways catch ourselves coming back. Pool and splash area for the kids is perfect. Breakfast is good and location is great. Staff are very friendly. We will be back.

Sorry service would clean room .they wouldn’t take our dirty towels out of room and give us new ones . Had to call front desk and go pickup towels. Had no shampoo or anything in room worst hotel I’ve ever went to

Did not like that I requested housekeeping to service my room at front desk as I was instructed, when I returned in the evening the room had not been serviced. I feel when you are staying at a hotel for more than one night the rooms should be serviced every day.

Sheets were dirty upon arrival. No housekeeping staff available but the maintenance man got us new linen. He was great. Closet door would not stay closed which was a problem having a toddler and the room smelled like mildew.

I specifically booked this hotel because it said it had a splash pad. I took my grandson down to the pool and it was closed for repairs. Such a disappointment. Expedia or the hotel should notify potential customers on their site when renovations or construction are being done.

Overall hotel was great and clean. Outside area was very nice. Mattress was very uncomfortable for me, very hard.
