Hotel is very old need lots of upgrades for in pool you can see mold also when you check in staff come ask you to sign in for Legend membership and they will never leave you alone I stayed three nights they asked three times to become a member. Staff is very good in the pool area also all the restaurant they deserve 5 stars. Spa massage is awesome very good professional service. When we checked out again promotional staff came and give you 20 minutes speech to buy your next vacation package. We were there for vacation to relax not get harassed.
Yeh also we got stucked in elevator Alford several minutes because of malfunctioning.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and also enjoyed beautiful sunset

Unfortunately our rental car was stolen from the parking garage of the hotel while the valet parking had the key in their station. This matter is still under investigation by hotel, police and car rental company but we really hope that hotel assumes responsibility for this and increase security and processes in their parking and valet services. Of course this ruined our stay there, otherwise good.

Overall it’s an ok all inclusive resort. I had a bad experience within my room as cash money was taken out of my backpack. It is not fair to accuse staff 100% as I have no video to prove it. But I counted my money on arrival and then the day before departure and I as missing closed to $1,000 dls. This time I didn’t go out partying/clubing so I know I didn’t spend it without been aware. Anyhow, just make sure to use the safety box to avoid issues like this.

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teen girls) enjoyed our stay. We rented kayaks on the beach, enjoyed the entertainment nightly and the food was amazing.

The Staff is rude. There isn’t enough dining area to fit all guest. The pool area and beach area do not have enough beds for all guest have of the guest where just standing. The food is not great if your a foodie definitely don’t came here it’s not worth your money. Definitely won’t be back to this specific location.

Excellent food and beverages. Top class licour brands (JW black label). Margaritas are served all day long (until 1 am). All inclusive service with premium food and wine. Nice restaurants and quality of the food and porcions are really good.

I enjoyed the vibe of the resort. Music lovers environment. It was a hot weekend, rooms were not ready on time, hallways and elevators were very hot almost like a sauna feeling. Buffets had a lot of empty trays, food was not ready, wait time for food at the restaurants was very long. Front desk staff had no sense of urgency.

We had a great time at the Hard Rock! The food was great and the drinks were great! The staff was amazing as well. There wasn’t really much of a balcony. Basically you could stand out there, but there was no room for balcony furniture. We had a partial ocean view room. Truly the only complaint was the resort services team that is constantly trying to sell you a prepaid vacation. You could get a lot of free stuff if you spent 90 minutes with them one morning learning about the prepaid vacation that sounded like a timeshare to me. That is the only thing we did not like.

Two separate rooms had water issues. One electrical issue. One was a leak that resulted in our room flooding. General manager was awful and strung us along for 3 days before giving compensation.
