I traveled with my 4 year old granddaughter. Hotel was very safe and very clean. Only complaint about the room was my granddaughter slept on the sofa bed. It was fine for a child but an adult would have been miserable. Parking under the building is convenient but the website did not tell you it was $20 a night.

The last night of our stay, the room key did not open the door and it took more than three hours to get the problem solve. Even they weren’t unable to open the door until the hotel Engineer arrive to the property, 3 hours after. In the meantime, one employee named Julien was as rude as possible with us, doing almost nothing to assist us with the problem. We will never come back to this place. During my 3 days stay, they never clean the room, change the towels, we even were almost out of toilet paper.

Hotel patio and terrace where booked for wedding for 3 days we stayed, very annoying as a fully paying guest this facility was not available.

My only negative is that the shower leaks onto the floor. Otherwise, the place is lovely.

Location was great.

Cleaning crew needs to clean the room there was some questionable stains on the couch. Room had weird smell. They didn't do room service we asked the front desk for towel we never got them had to call down again.

Not enough closet space. Our room had a kitchen. Housekeeping needs to check the supplies. There was only 1 coffee cup and one fork. Since housekeeping is not provided daily, we had to go to the front desk for more coffee and toilet paper. I understand bed and towels but maybe supplies could be restocked daily.

Stay was great, room was great. Service at check-in was horrible. High incidental charge. High parking cost, cheaper at garage across the street.

Don't beleive what you see in pictures. They have a nice courtyard with seats to eat breakfast and sit out (in pictures), but all summer it is set up for weddings, so you can't really go out there. Also be prepared for the music to be so loud in your room from the weddings, plan on being up until at least 10 or after if it is a weekend in the summer. Then you pay $20 for parking reservation and they say you can come and go, but we went and came back and there was no parking even though we reserved parking, so we had to park down the street at another garage. Also in pictures they show someone making omlettes for breakfast, the station was there but nobody was making omlettes, just the standard breakfast you can get at any place that says breakfast included, mystery sausage, powdered eggs, pancakes and waffles you probably could have broke a window with. I complained online, they said a manager would talk to me, that never happened. So for almost $500 for 2 nights you can find a better spot in Pittsburgh for sure.

It was nice but outdated.

The hotel itself was nice. There was not enough parking & had to park at a different parking deck not owned by hotel. Also the hotel terrace was close both days for weddings. Breakfast was not the greatest either.

Parking is terrible. The computers were down when we got there and no one offered us a drink while we waited quite a bit to get into our rooms. The décor is rather sparse.

Nice location

I will say the staff was wonderful and very nice, polite, and professional. However the parking was crazy and it still cost $20 a day. I don’t know if I would stay there again.

Staff is great. Rooms are nice. The area is really safe which was nice. About 15min Uber ride to PNC Park. Would stay here again.

Hotel was very conveniently located to restaurants and nice area around hotel on the river. The studio suite room we had was really great. Breakfast was not great and parking tricky if you have a big vehicle. Very tight spots.

The view by the river was really nice! The staff was very friendly to us on check in. She answered all my questions and took time to explain to me everything. I will come back to Hyatt house again, definitely!

First, it was suppose to be free parking. Was charged 20 bucks for a night. Second, after driving hours… I knew I was not wanting to order food like doordash- uber. Never do that. It’s expensive. And did not want to travel arouns to find a place to ear. This hotel said restaurant. But- the oven was broken. Which caused inconvenience to our family. We were hungry and very tired. Took over 45 minutes to get food. Thirdly, The pull oit bed sheets were dirty had some type of stains and hair all over it. Has to ask for sheets and took over an hour and no apology or anything. From 1am-4am it was loud and I could not sleep. Number 4… the breakfast was not good. Even though there were select varieties…. Every hotel I stayed at even CHEAPER had better quality of food. And lastly, my son had to go to a baseball tournament and the parking was ridiculous and not only did I have to walk again back to the service desk to then have them move a car. This hotel was misleading, inconvenient and falsely avertised. It was not a pleasant stay especially how much it cost.

Parking was sub-par. The bigger issue, however, was that we needed to leave a full night early b/c of excessive noise. There was a wedding. We left at 6pm to drive five hours back home instead of staying our second night.

Very nuce hotel

Front desk staff and room service staff were very friendly and helpful. I love the breakfast!
