Excellent hotel, great position for Lille centre. The staff were exceptional, real credit to the great western hotel group. Rooms were clean and very comfortble. Breakfast was amazing. Good selection of food. My mobility scooter broke down and they managed to sort out the hire of a wheelchair for while I was there. Nothing was to much for them. Definitely recommend A*

Well situated for the centre of town. A few minutes walk to the Grand Place with all the bar and cafes. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient and secure, if a little tight. The hotel and room was comfortable. Quite a lively area

I had a good night’s stay at the Best Western Why Lille. Comfortable room and bed, free minibar, nice shower and bathroom and a very friendly greeting on arrival. There were some maintenance issues with my room which was a surprise for a relatively new hotel; while disappointing these did not affect my stay. The restaurant’s evening offering is limited but the food was nice. Good location to explore Lille.

Great location, easy parking (if you pre book), some very nice rooms - we had a suite and it had a fabulous huge roof terrace with sofa and sun beds.
The best thing about the hotel by far is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they all go out of their way to help you- the staff exceeded my expectations by a long way.

Wonderful welcome from Jean-Baptiste on reception who couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful, giving us lots of recommendations and handy tips. Room was lovely and big, well furnished and good to have choice of foregoing a full bedroom clean for 2 free drinks in the bar! The only thing which spoilt it slightly, but not the hotels fault was noise from the local bars, expecially as Euros were on during our stay!

Quirky, characterful hotel in a central excellent location. Great staff, very friendly, going out of their way to help. Lovely breakfast. Only two small minuses. The room wax well equipped but a bit on the small side. Weather was cold when we were there and the room heating was not working well. The bathroom was particularly cold. The hotel staff kindly provided an additional electric heater which helped.

Lovely, modern hotel, with very friendly staff and great in-room facilities, including a complementary mini-bar and coffee-maker. Excellent location - really close to the centre, but not too close, and within easy walking distance of several museums.

Been many times now, they try to treat you like royalties, English is spoken through out, and as it’s our wedding anniversary we came, before we’ve been on our various birthdays
We were given a rugby ball to celebrate the World Cup and we wanted France to win now
We will definitely return, the fridge is always full of goodies which I’m drinking on the train back to London

My wife & I booked 4 days at this hotel. What an amazing place it is! I have nothing negative or suggestions to make. We were happy and lucky to book a room here. The front desk employees were very professional and helpful. Every questions we had, they kindly answered them.

Perfect location and the rooms were a great size and beds very comfortable. The only negative is the bathroom smells a bit if stagnant water, but i think many hotels and villas have that issue around europe

Really relaxed and helpful staff, great range of breakfast and loved the scheme for getting a free drink if you forego housekeeping as well as the eco toiletries. Would strongly recommend.

Hotel was clean, well positioned and modern. Service was good, but access to the room delayed by 30 minutes as it wasn’t ready, however feee drinks at the bar were provided.

Rooms are smartly designed for their small size.
Covered safe parking across the street was fine. Only remark: the drop off parking in front of the hotel is constantly occupied by people the whole time and not paying. The hotel should prevent this, because it is difficult to check in, drop off suitcases and get the codes for the garage.

A beautiful arte deco hotel, very comfortable with friendly, helpful staff. Nice breakfast, convenient parking, perfect Location. I liked everything about the hotel, including the price.

Great hotel with amazing services from staff. Walking distance to centre and 4-5 Sept Flea market.
Only down side is the paid offsite secure carpark is very smelly and have ppl sleep at walkway after the 2 days of big flea market celebration.
