One of the primary reasons we chose. This property was breakfast was included as advertised on website where I booked. Very disappointed to find out it was no longer provided. Was offered 15 dollar discount to be used at the casino by two people.

Overall good. We did have a bag of chips in the room. After a few hours over night it was covered by ants. Other than the ants it was fine.

Definitely not the best but not the worst. For what we paid. Couldn't complain too much. Disappointing that the casino is n't connected to the hotel. Locations isn't the best.

I enjoyed this hotel very much. Kind of an out of the way hotel/casino, but my stay was very pleasant. Room were very clean, and the bed was very soft. Front desk people were very helpful. Will stay here again in the future.

The room was very old looking. The sink was outside of the bathroom which was odd. The beds were very uncomfortable and there was no comforter on the bed so i couldn't wrap up into something soft and warm. The TV didn't work at all and only had news and adult channels, the adults channels weren't free so you just had news. I checked out early and left my boyfriend there. I was worried about him because he wasnt answering his cell phone. I called that hotel 12 times within 2 hours and finally got someone on the phone. The person that ansered had a bad attitude and didn't want to call the room or check to see if he was ok. Bad room, bad serive, bad experience. Im sad bout this.

They took my reservation in the morning but were closed when I arrived. A power outage that happened the night before.

Room and towels and blankets had a bad smell, beds were horrible carpets sticky and stained. Only 2 kids channels and tv would say hdmi not connected on one kids channel. So pretty much 1kids channel

This hotel was easy to get to and nice check in staff. It would be nice to have a shuttle to the casino but the drive over was easy with easy parking there as well.

We were disappointed. The while place needs someone to care more. Our tv didnt work, were told that was because of a known issue with the server because of the heat.. no bfast but that may be because we were there on a week day? Hair on our bathroom floor upon arrival and the maintenance and upkeep of our room was sad. Loose handles, doors that stick, patches in walls over wallpaper?! Its a great location, nice grounds and we saw deer in the evening but what a disappointment the room was. Bed was clean and comfy so that was great! It is not connected to the casino instead its across a large parkinglot. Cmkn Hollywood you can do better and you will have a gem!

The stay here was an okay experience, the only bad thing about the stay was the bed. There were stains on the sheets, there was no comforter on the bed. My husband and I had to turn the heat up and sleep with no blankets. There was no breakfast for how much we paid for one night to stay.

It would be nice if you were more flexible with your check-in times. I had to sit in my pickup in the parking lot for 4 hours while the hotel and my room was empty and already paid for.
